About this house rental
New ecologically built straw bale house over 2 1/2 floors. In the basement is the cozy kitchen--living room with fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen and direct access to the south-facing terrace. In addition to the kitchen, the basement also houses the bathroom with bathtub, the technical room with washing machine and a bedroom with direct access to the garden. On the middle floor is the living room. Here, armchairs invite you to sit comfortably, play, read, etc. You can spend the night on a sofa bed. Three steps up is the second bedroom/sleeping gallery with a view of the garden and a large bed. In all rooms, you can sit comfortably, alone or together. Exclusively the fireplace and the sun, which works well even at low temperatures, heat the house. The sun heats the water, if that is not enough, it can be reheated electrically.
In addition to the main house, there is also a sauna in a separate building. On approx. 18sqm, there is the spacious sauna room and a relaxation room. To cool off, you can jump from your own private jetty directly into the Peene.

Wunderschönes Haus in sehr schöner Landschaft. Wir konnten uns erholen und entspannen. Besonders die Sauna und der direkte Zugang zur Peene waren für uns ein Highlight. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Dinge. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die Benutzung der Kanus.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit eigenem Zugang zur Peene. Super modernes und sehr gemütliches Haus mit einer riesigen Sauna.

Ein herrliches Haus mit Naturgarten und direkter Anbindung an Wasser und Wald. Viele Vögel und Tiere können aus dem Fenster oder von der Terasse beobachtet werden. Die Ausstattung ist zeitlos modern und sehr gemütlich. Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern wären wünschenswert, passen aber vermutlich nicht in das ökologische Konzept. Auf ein Auto kann man im Urlaub verzichten, da alle Freizeitmöglichkeiten vor Ort beginnen können und man alle Einkäufe im Dorf tätigen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
