About this house rental
The beautiful garden features palm trees, a variety of plants, as well as cypress trees and shrubs along the property wall and the privacy fences. Complete privacy is guaranteed. The large, covered, and furnished main terrace, which overlooks the 8 x 4-meter pool with a shallow step entry and the garden, is located at the back of the house. The second terrace, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a table, and chairs, features a sunshade, ensuring there is plenty of shade there as well. It is accessible through exterior doors and from the kitchen. Six sun loungers and a portable kettle grill are provided.
The living-dining room is furnished with 2 sofas and a dining table with chairs for 6 people. You can receive all major German channels via the Smart TV or satellite receiver. The main terrace is accessible from the living area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, electric oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, featuring a 180-cm double bed, has its own shower room. The other two bedrooms share the second shower room. Each bedroom has two single beds that can easily be pushed together.
Thanks to the house’s solid construction and insulation, air conditioning is not necessary. A large fan is available just in case.

El Nido is located in the Roche Residencial villa community, about a 10-minute walk from the long sandy beach at Roches. The location remains pleasantly quiet even in the height of summer. You’ll find large supermarkets in El Colorado (5 kilometers away) or in Conil (12 kilometers). Tennis courts are available for tennis enthusiasts. The fishing port, with its three highly recommended restaurants, is just a few minutes’ drive away.
