Spanning approximately 45 m², you’ll enjoy comfort and a relaxed vacation atmosphere—ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to combine relaxation, ocean views, and nature.
You’ll feel the pleasant, inviting atmosphere the moment you arrive. The open-concept living and dining area, featuring a cozy sofa nook, invites you to relax, while large windows offer views of the surrounding nature. The dining area by the window will quickly become your favorite spot—whether for a leisurely breakfast or a romantic dinner with a view. The open kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and basic cooking utensils.
A special highlight is the small balcony with its sweeping view of the natural landscape all the way to the Baltic Sea. Thanks to its north-facing orientation, you’ll enjoy a pleasant coolness here even on warm days. Whether you’re taking a deep breath, gazing out over the salt marshes, or listening to the sound of the sea—this peaceful retreat makes every moment outdoors something special.
The sleeping area is cozily designed and separated from the living room by an opaque curtain, creating a pleasant sense of privacy. A separate children’s room with a bunk bed offers additional space and makes the apartment particularly attractive for families. A modern bathroom and practical amenities such as a TV, a private parking space, and balcony furniture ensure added comfort during your stay.

Your vacation experiences around the Baltic Sea vacation park
The vacation resort consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle, each containing individually furnished vacation apartments. Depending on the apartment’s location, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the inland lake, or the surrounding nature. All floors are easily accessible by elevator. At the rear of the complex, a large parking lot is available with free parking and no designated spots. Bicycles can be parked directly in front of the building or inside the building in designated shelters. Please note that these may be in high demand during peak season.
Your vacation begins right outside your door: The Baltic Sea Vacation Park is located just about 550 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. There, you’ll find a beach over 4 km long with an adventure pier, as well as ideal conditions for a wide range of activities. The approximately 5.4 km-long loop trail around the inland lake is also perfect for walking, jogging, and biking. The offerings are complemented by numerous recreational opportunities such as water sports, hiking and biking trails, a kite-flying field, and a dune golf course. At the inland lake, wooden lounge chairs and lakeside paths invite you to linger, while playgrounds, beach volleyball, and the promenade provide plenty of variety for young and old alike.
In case of bad weather, the nearby Aktiv-Hus—with a swimming pool, sauna, wellness area, and indoor play area—offers a wide range of recreational options. There is also a laundromat and a small self-service supermarket, both located directly across from the complex.

FeWo mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Ostsee. Leider ist die FeWo nicht überall renoviert. Ferienanlage zum Ent-Beladen des Gepäcks sehr ungünstig gelegen, weite Wege.
