Welcome to this stylish vacation apartment on the 5th floor, featuring a north-facing balcony and a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea—a beautiful place to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Your Wild Rose Dream by the Sea! The bright living area is warmly and comfortably furnished: a cozy sofa set invites you to relax, complemented by a high-quality armchair with a footstool. Entertainment is provided by a large LCD TV (110 cm) and a hi-fi system. The dining area is located right by the window—from here, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea in all its splendor. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a curtain and furnished with two high-quality single beds (90 × 200 cm, with high sides), which guarantee restful nights. The separate children’s room features a single bed (80 × 190 cm) and its own patio door leading to the balcony, so young guests have their own private space. The open-concept kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker—everything you need for hassle-free self-catering. The bathroom features a shower (with a low threshold) and a toilet. On the balcony, which is furnished with seating, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air while taking in a direct view of the sea—perfect for cozy mornings or relaxing evenings. The entire apartment is lovingly, modernly, and comfortably furnished. Here, you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest right from the start! Free parking is available right near the apartment. Baltic Sea Vacation Park The vacation complex consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle, each housing individually furnished vacation apartments. Depending on the apartment’s location, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the inland lake, or the surrounding nature. All floors are easily accessible by elevator. At the rear of the complex, a large parking lot is available with free parking and no designated spots. Bicycles can be parked directly in front of the building or inside the building in designated shelters. Please note that these may be in high demand during peak season.
Your vacation begins right at your doorstep: The Baltic Sea Vacation Park is located just about 550 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. There, you’ll find a beach over 4 km long with an adventure pier, as well as ideal conditions for a wide range of activities. The approximately 5.4-kilometer-long loop trail around the inland lake is also perfect for walking, jogging, and biking. The offerings are complemented by numerous recreational opportunities such as water sports, hiking and biking trails, a kite-flying field, and a dune golf course. At the inland lake, wooden lounge chairs and lakeside paths invite you to linger, while playgrounds, beach volleyball, and the promenade provide plenty of variety for young and old alike.
In case of bad weather, the nearby Aktiv-Hus—with a swimming pool, sauna, wellness area, and indoor play area—offers a wide range of recreational options. There is also a laundromat and a small self-service supermarket, both located directly across from the complex.

Alles eigentlich ok. Vielleicht ein wenig viel Deko ( aber das sieht ja jeder anders)
Unter dem Sofa haben wir noch Salzstangen vom Vorgänger gefunden, war aber nicht so schlimm für uns.
Wasserdruck in der Dusche top! Und Wasser war auch schnell warm.
Es ist alles da was man braucht.
WLAN in der Wohnung auch sehr gut!
Auch wenn das Haus von der außenansicht nicht so doll ist, so ist die Wohnung echt schön gelegen. Der Ausblick war echt unschlagbar!
Kommen gerne wieder und würden das Objekt auch weiterempfehlen!!!
In top gab es noch die Möglichkeit die Sauna und das Schwimmbad umsonst zu nutzen. Echt nett!! Da wir das aber nicht gemacht haben kann ich das nicht beurteilen!

Mann muß sich an das Rosenzimmer gewöhnen.
Die Aussicht ist beste die in 3 Aufenthalten bisher
hatten.
