Seaside Apartment (for 8 people plus a baby):
This tastefully and luxuriously furnished 130-square-meter newly built vacation apartment, completed in April 2017, features 9 rooms and is located on the first floor.
With a view of the sea and facing the sun, you’ll find yourself just a few steps away (max. 4-minute walk) from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the beautiful, almost endless promenade of Grömitz. Two private beach chairs await you here (Falkenthal area).
The exclusive and peaceful location promises a relaxing vacation. Enjoy your vacation in a cozy, luxurious atmosphere on a single floor.
Living/Dining Area:
Very large, bright living/dining area with an XXL cozy corner couch, solid wood coffee table, reading lamp, flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system with Bluetooth for playing your own music from a smartphone or tablet, free Wi-Fi, a 3-meter-long solid-wood dining table with 8 comfortable chairs, board games, and much more are, of course, provided. Underfloor heating, designer hardwood flooring. Windows with pleated blinds.
On cooler evenings, a fireplace creates a relaxed, cozy atmosphere.
Kitchen:
The bright and modern U-shaped kitchen with a counter and bar stools (4) leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with every convenience:
Side-by-side refrigerator-freezer with ice and crushed ice makers, tap for chilled water, dishwasher, microwave, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, egg cooker, Fissler cookware, electric kettle, exclusive porcelain (for 18 people), 120-piece cutlery set, salt and pepper mills. A fully automatic coffee machine, in addition to the conventional filter coffee maker, treats connoisseurs to delicious cappuccino, latte macchiato, and more. Separate milk frother. The large kitchen also offers plenty of storage space for your groceries. All cleaning supplies are provided free of charge. Underfloor heating, designer hardwood flooring.
2 bathrooms:
The two spacious, designer bathrooms with underfloor heating and all-glass walk-in shower enclosures feature floor-level access and serve as oases of comfort with plenty of space: Raindance overhead shower and separate hand-held showerhead, towel warmer, large designer countertop sinks, 2 bathroom base cabinets in each with 4 large full-extension drawers, large 180 x 100 m designer mirror, hair dryer, toiletries, 5x magnifying mirror, all windows with pleated blinds. Towels and bath towels provided free of charge.
4 bedrooms:
All 4 lovingly furnished, cozy bedrooms are fully equipped with large box-spring double beds (all 180 x 200 cm) and 1 armchair each. Two safes and two additional flat-screen TVs with DVD players are also available in the third and fourth bedrooms. Bedroom windows feature blackout pleated blinds (complete darkness!). Underfloor heating, individually adjustable. Designer hardwood flooring. Ironing board and iron available.
The two master bedrooms open onto the terrace; 2 additional wooden cribs and 1 wall-mounted changing table are at your disposal.
Garden and terrace:
Private terrace, approx. 28 m². The beautiful 600-square-meter garden is lovingly landscaped, featuring sun loungers, comfortable Loom garden furniture with an XXL table featuring a Fiberstone tabletop, a grill, a garden shed, and a south-west orientation. The garden is completely fenced in, and a handcart is available in the garden shed.

Very spacious, with a solid-wood coat rack and shoe racks, as well as a tablet for opening the door and an intercom system.
