Beautifully located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, this villa will charm you with its spectacular views and absolute peace and quiet.
From the large infinity pool, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the Gulf of Olbia.
The villa is surrounded by spacious private grounds featuring around 200 olive trees. It is just 5 minutes from the center of Murta Maria, where you will find bars, shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, a pharmacy, and of course the beautiful white-sand beach of Porto Istana.
The villa is all on one level and features two bedrooms, plus a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower.
There is a large and comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a LED TV with Chromecast.
The spacious, partially covered terraces are furnished with outdoor lounge furniture, sun loungers, tables and chairs, as well as a beautiful outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas plancha/griddle, a large refrigerator, and a sink.
The villages of Murta Maria and Porto San Paolo are nearby (1.9 km), offering more than 10 restaurants, 4 gelaterias, 3 supermarkets, 3 weekly markets, an evening artisan market, 2 beaches, and much more.
San Teodoro is 19 km away and Olbia only 12 km away.
Enjoy the sea, some of Sardinia’s — and Europe’s — most beautiful beaches within a 15-km radius, outstanding local cuisine, and excellent Sardinian wines. Why not even plan an overnight trip to Corsica? You can reach Bonifacio in less than 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The villa is just 15 minutes from Olbia Airport and about 22 minutes from the Olbia ferry terminal. Many wonderful excursions and activities are available within an hour, including kayaking, boat trips, the Maddalena Islands, Corsica, and much more.
**Additional fees, payable in cash upon arrival:**
House cleaning: €250
Laundry: €2.50 per person, per night
Waste-sorting security deposit: €150 in cash, fully refunded at the end of your stay provided all trash bins have been emptied.

Property and host were excellent and very accommodating. Only slight difficulty was the final bit of the access road which was a bit difficult otherwise everything was very good indeed

Beautiful, comfortable house that was perfect for our group of family and friends. Incredible views and conveniently located close to great restaurants and beaches.

This was an exceptional state in an extraordinary home. The house was nicely appointed, and gave a great feel of the country villa in Italy. The views could not be beat. The space was perfect for the two of us, and would have been ideal for two couples as well. I love the expensive ceilings, everywhere, and the large open concept, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Being outdoors was always a treat, at least, because the terraces were expensive and allowed one to sits, relax, and enjoy the perfect weather and the wonderful views. I had the pleasure and privilege of staying more than two weeks, and I would go back in a heartbeat. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this villa, and will probably do so myself again in the future.

We had an amazing stay for two weeks in this wonderful house. Eric greeted us late in the evening as we arrived after 10pm. His home had everything you could have wished for and was very tasteful and homely. The infinity pool was perfect with up to 6 Sun loungers and a dining table outside for up to 8 guests. A wonderful location with amazing views. Eric gave us lots of guidance with restaurants and beaches. We loved Porta Istana, Porta san Paulo Taverna Nord and Spiaggia Capriccioli. Best restaurants included Il Portalano, Marco’s, 12-1 and Riss cafe for cappuccino and croissants. There was a breeze from the home which was very pleasant as it was hot.
We didn’t want to leave and would definitely recommend this place to stay. Thank you so much Eric. It was a pleasure to meet you!
