This superb apartment, ideally located right in the heart of the old town, just a stone's throw from the Marché Provençal, the Place Nationale, and all the main tourist attractions, is the perfect place to stay in a fully renovated apartment in the heart of the old town. It’s located on one of the main streets of Old Antibes, on a quiet, pedestrian-only street. Less than a 5-minute walk from the SNCF train station.

This property remains open during the pandemic, for everyone’s safety:
1. The studio is cleaned with disinfectant products between each guest.
2. Self-check-in and check-out are available: a key box with a code is provided, allowing guests to pick up and return keys safely and contactlessly.

Although the apartment is located near all the popular restaurants, it’s perfectly possible to prepare delicious meals right there in the fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, all necessary utensils, dishwasher).

The apartment is ideal for a couple, a family, friends, or even students: it features a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (140×190, quick and easy to unfold, 14 cm thick mattress). You’ll also find a TV and Wi-Fi internet access.
There’s also a large closet available for you to store all your belongings and luggage.

The bathroom is brand new, featuring a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack. An added bonus: there’s also a washing machine.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

The apartment’s main highlights:
- Its prime location, just steps from the Marché Provençal and Port Vauban, close to the train station, and only a two-minute walk from the beaches as well as the bus and train stations—making it easy to explore the old town and its surroundings!
- Since the street is pedestrian-only, the apartment is still quiet, despite being right next to shops and restaurants, and features the charm of the cobblestone streets typical of old towns
- It is equipped with reversible air conditioning and double-glazed windows.
- It was tastefully and completely renovated in 2021 and offers all modern comforts.

Upon your arrival, the apartment will be ready to welcome you: the bed will be made (sheets, duvet covers, and pillows), and I’ll leave shower towels for your use (feel free to contact me if you need additional towels). One final note regarding parking:
-Several Q PARK parking lots are located right nearby (“Pré aux pêcheurs,” “Poirier,” and “Frères Oliviers”) and offer great deals on their website when you book in advance (8 euros/day with unlimited access)
-There are also two FREE parking lots a 10-minute walk away, across from Fort Carré (seaside road toward Nice). A free shuttle runs during the day.
