About this house rental
In the heart of green Provence, villa with swimming pool, located 2.5kms from the village of Néoules. Less than 4 kms, a commercial area with all shops.
Half an hour from the beaches, an hour and a half from the Gorges du Verdon.
Pleasant single-storey house of 160 m2, ideal for 6 people.
Very quiet location, not overlooked on a plot of land surrounded by oaks of 4300m2 fenced.
A very large terrace with pergola, to take your meals, a large table, a stainless steel plancha, a garden lounge area, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi.
The house has the necessary comfort: appliances, air conditioning.
It consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms (walk-in shower) and private toilets. A bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet.
Living room with connected TV: Mycanal, Netflix …. An equipped kitchen, dining room. Sheets, towels, kitchen towels, pool towels provided.
Availability cot, high chair.
The owners are next door, very discreet, but attentive if necessary. A labrador, too, very nice and discreet too.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa Azurea. The house and the surroundings are in an excellent condition, just like they look on the pictures. You could immediately tell that this house has been equipped with a lot of attention to detail and style.The bedrooms are perfectly fine, the kitchen was so well equipped, including an ice cube maker, a hot air fryer and so on. We didn’t miss anything and everything was clean and new.The outside area was where we spent most of the time. The pool is very nice and if you have small children, you can use a fence to keep it separate. The owners were very friendly and understanding of our limited French. They live nearby and even supplied us with vegetables from their garden, thank you so much!The house itself lies on the slope of a hill and is surrounded only by a few other houses, so it is very quiet and calm. Supermarkets and restaurants were roughly five kilometres away. Going to the nearest beaches takes approximately 45 minutes.Concluding, we honestly enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

We enjoyed staying in this house with the pools and charming terrace. We had everything we needed, great bedrooms and baths, a very well equipped kitchen. Very good supermarkets and bakeries 10min away by car, only 30min to Toulon at the sea. Highly recommend this place!
