Bereits beim Eintreten in die Wohnung, in der wir vom Vermieter Monsieur Fuchs sehr nett empfangen wurden, spürte man die gemütliche Athmosphäre der Wohnung. Diese ist überaus passend renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt am Rand des kleinen Weilers Hunawihr zwischen den beiden bekannteren Orten Ribeauvillé und Riquewihr. Da wir mit unserem Hund dort Urlaub machten, war es günstig, dass in unmittelbarer Nähe der Zugang zu den Spazierwegen in den Weinfeldern war. Praktisch war auch der nur ein paar Schritte entfernt gelegene kleine Lebensmittelladen, in dem man sich morgens mit Baguettes, Croissants etc versorgen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung, stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet bis ins Detail. Sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wurden mit Champagner und selbst gebackenem Gugelhupf empfangen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

The property is stunning and Bertrand could not have been more helpful, and was even willing to allow our 60kg dog to stay too!

Propriétaires très accueillants, logement correspondant à nos attentes, très propre,très bien équipé,situation merveilleuse dans ce beau village d’Hunawihr , nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Je conseillerais sans hésitation cet appartement à mes amis et à mes proches.

Empfang von Herrn Fuchs sehr freundlich. Gugelhopf und Cremant als Willkomensgeste fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Wohnung sehr sauber und "heimelig" alles sehr schön aufeinander abgestimmt und dekoriert. Frische Blumensträusse. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. In Hunawihr ist der Touristenrummel nicht so extrem wie in Riquewihr oder Ribouville. Die übrigens beide in 1/2 Stunde zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Einziger Vermuthtstropfen, waren die Temperaturen die zum Teil 35 Grad erreichten. Würde nächstes mal eher im Frühling oder Herbst ins Elsass fahren. Urs Schmutz

We were so happy to return once again to Bertrand's apartment in Hunawihr and everything was just as perfect as our first stay there - please see my earlier review of 12th July 2016. Thank you, Bertrand.

Bertrand was a wonderful host. Clear and timely interaction. He welcomed us to the flat warmly with cake and sparkling wine. The place was very clean with wonderfully crisp sheets and a comfortable king size bed. Little added touches (like fresh flowers and votive candles) gave the apartment a wonderfully cozy and warm feeling; and that wonderful bathtub has spoiled me! We would gladly stay again. Thank you, Bertrand.

I cannot say enough good about our time in Bertrand's lovely apartment. We stayed just before Christmas. The apartment was well appointed, warm and cozy. Bertarnd greeted us with a regional cake and sparkling wine. He was very friendly and informative. The apartment was spotless and the bathroom had the largest tub I have ever soaked in. The kitchen had everything you could need for meal preparation. The bed was very comfortable. The location was wonderful. It is tucked in a "most beautiful village of France" where in good weather you could walk to two other villages (20min). I would highly recommend either of Bertrand's apartments. I hope to come back myself. Thank you Bertrand

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hunawihr ist nicht zu touristisch und eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Wie in jedem Fachwerkhaus ist die Wohnung hellhörig.

We spent the most delightful week in Hunawihr. The apartment was a true gem - spacious, spotlessly clean, very well appointed and excellently equipped. The apartment is in a quiet street in this peaceful village and there are three restaurants within walking distance. A big plus for us is that parking was never a problem and it was always possible to park right outside the apartment. I cannot recommend this rental highly enough. Bertrand and Penelope were excellent hosts - very friendly and extremely helpful but never intrusive. We definitely intend to return another time. A big thank you to our hosts.
