About this house rental
Located in Vert-Bois (west coast of the island), small detached house in a residence with swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15) and 2 tennis courts. Petanque court, bicycle room and private and secure parking available.
The residence is located 800 m from the beach (accessible in less than 15 minutes on foot) and close to the national forest and cycle paths (access to the beach, shops and tourist areas). In July and August, the free summer shuttle stops in front of the residence and allows you to reach the main places of attraction of the island from 8:30 am to 7 pm.
The house (30 m2) consists of a bedroom (2 twin beds that can be joined together to form a double bed), a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (bed 140x190), a dining area, a kitchen area (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), a bathroom (shower, heated towel rail, washing machine). It also has a garden (deckchairs) and a large terrace (awning, table, barbecue, gas plancha) not overlooked.
We offer linen options:
- bed linen for double bed: 36€ (+12€ for beds made on arrival)
- bed linen for single bed: 26€ (+12€ for beds made on arrival)
- towel pack (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 glove): 25€/person
- 3 dish towels: 15€
End of stay cleaning option: 60€ (if you do not take the option, a deposit check of this amount will be requested when you receive the keys)
If you would like us to provide you with bed linen and towels, please let us know at least 3 days before your arrival,
This option will be paid directly to the host.
Attention: there are about ten steps to access the accommodation, the garden is only fenced by a hedge (not fenced).

Logement dans lequel il ne manque rien, bien équipé dans residence calme, à proximité de la piscine, de la mer et l'été j'imagine d'un petit producteur de légumes et fruits excellents. Tout était parfait.

C'est rare de trouver un appartement aussi bien équipé il manquait rien. C'est une propriétaire attentionnée qui mérite le respect de ses locataires.

Appartement très bien équipé avec un extérieur dans petite résidence avec piscine et tennis, proche de la plage.
Propriétaire top, très disponible et très organisée.
