About this cottage rental
Located 1 km from Mansac (small shops and bakery) and 5 km from Terrasson-Lavilledieu (all shops and services), this semi-detached house adjoins the buildings of a working plant nursery. All on one level. Living room with sitting area and wood-burning stove, and a separate kitchen (no door). Two adjoining bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140x190 cm), leading to a second with a single bed (120 cm). Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC. Electric heating. 1.5 hectares of enclosed grounds shared with the owners (garden, courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, chickens, and the owner's dog roaming freely).
Baby equipment: 1 cot and 1 high chair. Electric bikes available for rent in the village.

This cottage is situated in landscaped grounds for garden enthusiasts on a 19th-century property located at the gateway to the Dordogne, Lot, and Corrèze regions. 20km from the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites, listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites: In Montignac, the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art. In Les Eyzies-de-Tayac and the surrounding area: the Font-de-Gaume and Bara-Bahau caves, the Combarelles engravings, the Abri du Poisson (Fish Shelter), Bernifal, the Abri Pataud, Laugerie Haute, Laugerie Basse... not forgetting the National Museum of Prehistory and the Visitor Centre of the International Pole of Prehistory. 30km from Sarlat, a town with exceptional architectural heritage (medieval houses and Renaissance mansions).
