About this house rental
A charming fisherman’s cottage, tastefully decorated and renovated, just a stone’s throw from the sea. It’s ideally located, close to shops and the charming little port of Cros-de-Cagnes. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac typical of the South of France. Second-row location. Just 30 meters from the sea!
The house is air-conditioned and offers unlimited Wi-Fi access, two comfortable bedrooms with 160-cm double beds, ample storage, and flat-screen TVs. Bed linens and bedding are provided.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass walls, a vanity unit, a Bluetooth speaker, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. The toilet is located in the bathroom. Towels are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, large refrigerator, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, as well as extra sets of dishes and various utensils) opens onto the dining room, which is spacious with a very pleasant high ceiling. As you enter, on the left you’ll find a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. The house also features a private, shaded terrace with a pergola equipped with a plancha. You can enjoy your meals there at the large teak table.
We also rent another house at this address that sleeps 7 people; it’s right next door, so you can rent both if you’re traveling in a large group.

Nice stay in Cagnes sur mer. Good house in a nice area. However, parking is a little bit difficult. Besides that, a fantastic holiday in a really good and well equiped house.

Maison décorée avec goût, propre, bien équipée, qui nous a permis de passer des superbes vacances car maison sure pour les enfants (jardin clôturé) et à proximité de la plage et des restaurants. Encore merci à Marie-Jo pour son accueil et sa sympathie !
Nous renouvellerons l'expérience avec plaisir.
