About this villa rental
At the foot of the sources of the Marne and the most beautiful fortified town in France, Langres and its 4 lakes, and at the gateway to the National Forest Park, we welcome you in a large building full of charm of the sixteenth century, completely renovated in a chic countryside spirit.
Bordered by a large park, a true haven of peace where you can swim and relax in peace.
Totally independent cottage in a park of 1.65 hectares. First floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room, games room (billiards, table football), "atmosphere" room (Sony speaker, dance, bar). 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160, bathroom (bath and shower) and WC. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms for 2 people (4 double beds 180 (twin beds 90 x 2) with private shower rooms and separate toilets. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms for 2 people (2 double beds 180 (twin beds 90 x 2) and 1 bed 80 for children, lounge/games room, bathroom (bath and shower) and separate toilet. Sheets, towels and household linen provided. The whole house is air-conditioned (including bedrooms).
Cleaning package: €250 (mandatory for companies). Petanque court.

We had a fabulous stay at Chez Clement. The property is amazing, from the outdoor space with a perfect pool and hot tub, to outstanding bedrooms and social space indoors. There were 14 of us and we spent 4 days enjoying everything the house has to offer. Isabelle was very responsive and helpful and we will certainly be returning!

We loved this house - it’s got everything, a great pool, amazing bedrooms all with themes, a hot tub, pool table, babyfoot, really modern kitchen etc etc. We were a group of 3 families with 6 kids of various ages, and we all had a great time. Highly recommended - you’ll love the house.
