We welcome you to our beautiful apartment in the heart of the Cap d'Agde harbor district. Upon your arrival, a welcome basket will be waiting for you so you can unwind after your trip and start your vacation on a relaxing note. You’ll find some basic groceries as well as two capsules of laundry detergent so you can do your first load of laundry.
Bedding sets (pillows, bolsters, comforters, and sheets) and bath towels will be provided.

For optimal comfort, you’ll have access to:
- a hair dryer, so you can style your hair perfectly,
- a washing machine,
- a clothesline,
- an ironing board and iron,
- free fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi,
- a vacuum cleaner and various cleaning supplies.

The apartment consists of:
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a large walk-in closet,
- a beautiful, bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed (140x190 cm),
- a large smart TV,
with access to the terrace and a breathtaking view of the harbor.
- a fully equipped kitchen (multifunction microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker),
- a bathroom with a shower, large mirror, and towel warmer,
- a large laundry room for storing your luggage, washing, drying, and ironing your clothes,
- not to mention a private, enclosed, and secure parking lot, with bus stops all along Avenue des Sergents, at the bottom of the residence.

Whether you have a car or not, this apartment’s location allows you to enjoy virtually all activities on foot.

Since the apartment is located right by the harbor, you’ll have direct access to various restaurants, shops, convenience stores, banks, ATMs, as well as the tourist office, the post office (where you can send your best postcards and make your loved ones jealous), the town hall annex, and the urban management center...

For beach lovers, you’ll be just a 5-minute walk from Môle Beach and the pedestrian-only “Flânerie” street (with its many shops and restaurants).

At the harbor, you’ll find plenty of activities: boat tours, a visit to Fort Brescou (a former state prison), access to the little train (to tour the entire resort), the “Coches d’Eau” shuttle boats (allowing you to travel day or night to all the resort’s piers and various beaches), the Ferris wheel, and the carousel.

For culture lovers, the Ephèbe Museum is just a 5-minute walk away, as is St. Benoît Church.

For those who love gaming and entertainment, the casino, the convention center, and the arena are just a 10-minute walk away.

For sports enthusiasts: the International Tennis Center is a 13-minute walk away, the International Golf Center is 20 minutes away, and the Water Sports Center is 20–25 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car.

To get around on foot or by bike, numerous bike paths run along the entire length of the resort (Cap d’Agde, Grau d’Agde, Agde, and La Tamarissière).

For thrill-seekers: the Aqualand and Aquapark water parks are a 20-minute drive away; personal watercraft rentals, tube rides, and parasailing are a 20-minute walk from the apartment; Mont St. Martin and its tree-top adventure courses are about 30 minutes away. 
For night owls: on the Île des Loisirs, a 20-minute walk away, you’ll find the Luna Park amusement park, Géant Mini Golf, Dino World (for kids), and two nightclubs (Amnésia and Bora).

Other great activities are available in the town of Agde, such as horseback riding, the spa and aquatic relaxation complex at the Cité de l’Eau archipelago, Agde’s historic center, the Agathois Museum, and Château Laurens. However, a bike or car will be necessary.
