About this condo rental
Nestled in McCully-Moiliili, this charming condo for $299 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Aloha and welcome to Waikiki! Our condo is located at the Royal Aloha. We are minutes away to the beach and the Waikiki strip. We offer the following: Free parking stall Full kitchen Wifi Private lanai (balcony) Jalousie windows Ceiling fans Private Master Bedroom - Queen bed Private Second Bedroom - Full bed and twin bed Linens Toiletries A/C The Royal Aloha offers a private pool, BBQ area, and laundry sites. There is a community washer and dryer on each floor, and more on the first floor. You will be staying on the 8th floor, which allows for great views. And with the jalousie windows, the cross-breeze feels wonderful! The location of our condo is approximately half a mile from Waikiki beach. It is walking distance to the beach as well as to the International Market Place. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well. The Waikiki Brewing Company is one that we often frequent and is located across the street from our condo. This condo is privately owned by my husband and I, and we are committed to making your stay in Waikiki memorable. We will be available at any time for questions/comments/concerns. Although we are not local, our manager is. He is on call and available for any needs related to the condo. You will receive his personal cell phone number, as well as our, just prior to your visit. We are well-versed in the island of Oahu. If you are looking for tourist attractions and events, we can assist with that. While Oahu is full of entertainment, it is also full of wonderful history. We can provide information on historical sites as well. The free parking stall is located in the parking garage directly across the street. There is very little street parking in front of the condo, but there is a loading/unloading zone at the building entrance. Our condo is located in the heart of Waikiki, a lively and bustling city. It is not the place to be if you're looking for serenity, calm and quiet! Mahalo for your interest and we hope to host you soon!

Condo easy to access and was as appeared online. Beach supplies were an added bonus. Some restaurants and shops and beach within a 10 min walk while Waikiki is 20 mins plus. Easy to Uber around to other sights. We had a fun time!

This find was a great deal and great location, we really enjoyed the convenience of entry and also the included free parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Property in need of lots of updates and it could have been cleaner. Kitchen utensils and pans are not in good shape. However, if you just want a place to stay and to sit on the balcony at night and enjoy the lights and the trade winds you will do fine here. Do not stay here if you are used to a lovely home or if you are looking for island green tropical secluded getaway.

The unit was very clean & comfortable as advertised. Location is perfect very close to the iconic Waikiki beach as well as very close to all amenities in the vibrant Honolulu downtown.
Owners were very helpful and allowed us a late check out on our fly out day which was very nice considering that flight was late that evening.
My family and me really enjoyed our stay from August 20th to August 30, 2023 and look forward to renting this unit in future.

As much as I hate to leave a bad review anywhere, this unfortunately was not a good stay. My family and I arrived late at night ready to get in bed, we were unable to get the key to get inside the condo and had to call for someone to come at 12am. Then to our surprise the place was not clean, we had to wait for sheets to be put on one of the beds. The floors were not cleaned properly as well as the kitchen and bathroom. Realistically there was nothing we could do considering we had booked this 6 months in advance. We ended up getting a few cleaning supplies at our expense so that we were more comfortable for the week we were there. The bathroom trash can had mold in it, the stove in the kitchen was covered in grease and food. Both bedrooms were a complete fire hazard being them both having fans that were hardwired, and one of them missing a smoke alarm where you could clearly tell there was supposed to be one. As a whole I was very disappointed the only good things I have to say about this place was the location, it was a few minute walk to restaurants and the beach. In all honesty I would not recommend :(

The place is very nice and close to everything. Beach, malls and restaurants are all convenient just by walking and explore at the same time. This Condo is very safe and gated. We enjoyed staying here and just enough for 5 people. There’s even extra sofa bed for 2 more persons and they have extra inflatable bed. They have beach chairs and beach umbrella you could borrow if you’re going to the beach. So I definitely recommend this and they have a free parking across the condo that is designanted for the unit you are staying. They even have extra airconditioning for the livingroom and masters br. It is centralized but the air will not accomodate the whole room if its too hot outside so the extra portable air condition helps makes your stay better. Thank you to Julio who’s been the contact person there. He’s very accomodating and he make sure we’re checked in good. 🌺🙏 mahalo Hawaii

We were looking for an affordable place for our blended family of six. This was tight and having only one bathroom required some juggling but we made it work. If city noise isn't your thing, do not stay here. There are sirens, loud vehicles, etc constantly. The location of this property has pluses and minuses. It is pretty close to things in Honolulu, but it is not exactly a relaxing spot. We did really enjoy the balcony and spent quite a bit of time out there. We also appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrellas to use.

Great location! We loved the garage parking spot so we could go to and fro without worrying where to park. The city views were excellent. Overall, ot was a very convenient spot and would love to come back again.
Other things to note: No ADA ramp in the front entrance, so we had to lift the stroller a few times up and down the stairs to get to the lobby. We noticed that the beds were a bit on the softer side. I prefer a firm bed, so the firm sofa bed was great for me.

Overall, property was as advertised. It was great to have beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas available for use. Free parking was a plus. Property would benefit from a deep clean around AC vents. Beds were comfortable.

The condo was exactly as show and described. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but Julio (manages condo on the island) arranged for us to be able to drop off our luggage and our son's baseball equipment to clear our our car. This allowed us to start our vacation as soon as we arrived. He also offered his assistance with things to do and places to eat. The condo had a fold up razor scooter and our 16 year old son loved it! He rode it around the week while we were there as his teammates were staying at different locations. This was definitely an unexpected bonus. Having a dedicated and secured parking stall was important to us as this allowed us to come and go and not have to worry. Yes, the street is busy and can be loud. But, surprisingly, it didn't bother me much. I am an extremely light sleeper and was worried about that. Yet, I only used the supplied ear plugs one night. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for the views. Would recommend and would book again shall we decide to visit Oahu again😊

This place is very well located and Michelle was easily reachable. The living room was also large.

Great Downtown Location
We very much enjoyed our stay at Michelle's condo in Waikiki! It was within walking distance of tons of stores and restaurants, and the mall and beach were nearby as well. The AC kept us nice and cool, the staff in the complex were super friendly and helpful, and the free parking was so handy to have. They provided coolers, some water toys, and beach towels, and all of the beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were both well-appointed for a vacationing family too!
