Nestled in Eureka Springs, this lovely condo for $214 per night is a great option for your next vacation. You cannot beat this location! Located in the heart of the downtown shopping district on Spring Street, this condo overlooks all of the amazing shops, restaurants, and bars Eureka Springs has to offer. There is not a place downtown that isn't a short walk from this incredible condo! The building was built in the late 1800's, but has been updated significantly to create a gorgeous space that shows the history of our small town, but also has plenty of updates to make it very functional as well. The space: Tall windows overlooking the city allow natural light to flood into the space, highlighting the original 1800's exposed brick that is present in every room. Three spacious bedrooms, each with its own flat screen Smart TV, 2 beautiful bathrooms, a HUGE living and dining space with TALL ceilings that look directly over the historic Spring Street, and a functional kitchen with brand new appliances make this space a true beauty. On Top of Eureka has been designed to highlight the history of Eureka Springs while also looking clean and modern. Pipe shelving, a gorgeous leather couch, exposed brick, epoxy penny countertop, and so much more make On Top of Eureka an industrial oasis perfect for the whole family. The neighborhood: On Top of Eureka is exactly as the name suggests. We sit directly above the hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars that downtown Eureka Springs has to offer. The historic Basin Park is just steps away, popular restaurants like The Balcony, The Grotto and Local Flavor are mere steps from this condo, and bars like the Rowdy Beaver Den are just across the street! The beautiful tall windows directly overlook Spring Street allowing you to see all the action day or night. Whether it is a busy shopping day, a quiet evening, or enjoying one of our extravagant parades marching through the streets, you can easily watch it all from this space. When we say you cannot beat this location, we mean it! Other details to note: Please note that the seventh guest would be sleeping on the oversized leather couch in the living room. We provide a blanket and pillow for this guest. Unfortunately we cannot offer dedicated parking for On Top of Eureka. However, we do provide guests with several tips and tricks for securing parking near the condo. There are also multiple meter spaces and 15 min. loading zones directly in front of the condo making it easy to stop and unload before parking. Once you are parked and settled, there really is nothing downtown that is not walking distance from this amazing place to stay. You are just a short walk from even the furthest of shops and restaurants. However, if you do decide to drive, Eureka Springs offers a fun trolley system that services nearly every destination in town. We stayed at On Top of Eureka over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The process from booking to obtaining directions, parking, locating the condo, and accessing the condo was very smooth. No issues. The location is extremely convenient, located directly on Spring Street (aka, one of the main "shopping streets") in the historic part of Eureka Springs. The condo is spacious, well-maintained, and is supplied with most everything you need. The bathroom in the master bedroom consists of a sink and walk in shower without the ability to close a door of any kind. The toilet is separated as a water closet. That didn't bother us but it might be helpful to list in the description for future renters. Additionally, the other two bedrooms are adjacent to each other with a nice sized bathroom across the hallway. While the following was not significant, we did note the cleaning crew could do a little better job when wiping down surfaces because we could see fingerprints / handprints where surfaces had not been wiped down. Additionally, there were paper towels or rags stuffed in a few corners of the brick. The condo is in a historic building so it's possible that was intentional / pending a repair or it could have also been missed by the cleaning crew. Again, not significant (more odd) and would not stop us from renting On Top of Eureka again. It's a great condo, great location, and we had a wonderful visit over the holiday! Thank you!

The property was awesome. It was situated right in the middle of where we wanted to be…just a few feet up from the basin park area. The apartment was spacious and well stocked with extras like coffee supplies that we didn’t expect. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at the Top of Eureka! Especially loved having three bedrooms so that our adult sons could each have their own room and we also had some privacy. Great people watching from your living room, and great location to so many shops and restaurants/bars. Thanks for the great accomodations!!! Excellent communication with owners as well.

Great place to stay. Very beautiful and the location is right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants. You will love it here. Parking isn’t easy so stay put and walk once you find a spot.

Pictures DON’T lie! This place was trendy cute, bigger then expected and super convenient. Eureka Springs is getting a nice night life with a ghost tour and bar across the way and we thought maybe it would be loud - nope! It was perfect! The people watching was great and the parking was manageable thanks to the hosts’ guidance. Would totally recommend!

We had a fabulous time enjoying the condo and the close proximity to shopping, the wonderful restaurant the Ghrotto and time at the Nee Moon Spa at the Crescent! We loved the decor of the place, the towels, linens, pillows and mattresses were top notch along with the comfortable chairs and couch! Only recommendation is to add a mirror to the bedrooms so you can put your make-up on and do your etc while others use the restroom! We will be back for another getaway! Thank you for the care you put into the property !

We fell in love with this beautifully designed loft in downtown Eureka. The space was so charming, the living room was spacious and all of the bedrooms were top quality. We also enjoyed the ease of access to all of the downtown shops and eateries. in addition, the owners were very responsive to the questions we had at checked in. We highly recommend this place.

We stayed here with some friends as a quick weekend getaway. It was the perfect space for us. We loved the location because it was downtown and a quick and easy walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. Even though there was no private parking, we were still able to easily find a parking spot nearby. The place was very clean and spacious. It was also well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies which was a nice bonus. The beds were very comfortable too! Dalton was very nice and friendly and quick to respond to messages. Would highly recommend staying here!

You cannot beat the location. It is right in the middle of the shops and restaurants. Parking was an issue for us but there is a loading zone near the door so you don’t have to lug your luggage far. We would definitely stay here again.
