This home is conveniently located about 2 mins to Loyola Marymount Universities, 4 mins to Playa del Rey, 9 mins to Los Angeles International Airport, 23 mins to Santa Monica, 26 mins to Pacific Park, and 37 mins to Los Angeles County Museum of Art. There are also a lot of different restaurants and shops that can be found nearby! *The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older. Cozy, spacious, and inviting, you will feel perfectly at home in this 5 bedroom 3 bathroom! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those who are in the city for business! The first floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, direct access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom & jacuzzi bath. The 2nd floor also has 2 other bedrooms with queen beds each. The 3rd floor features the 5th bedroom with 4 twin-sized beds - which makes this place comfortably accommodate 10 guests! The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and there is a wide family room where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. There are also dedicated working spaces - perfect for those who are working from home! I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & a dryer - so you don't have to worry about that! Enjoy the front yard and a backyard with outdoor furniture where you can spend your day relaxing while enjoying the views! This home also includes a high-speed WiFi, Smart TV with Apple TV that is available during your stay! There are 5 parking spots located at the front driveway, garage or back driveway. I have been on tour for 2 months and this was the highlight stay of it all! The place was huge, clean, and well stocked! We were never on top of each other but could always enjoy time together in the living room. Pictures doesn’t do it justice I absolutely loved this home and will be back for sure! Thank you for hosting us again you were a top tier host for sure!

House had large rooms, and very clean when we arrived. Kitchen well stocked for a few home meals, and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The house is even bigger than what it looks like in the photos. The location is great and the house very comfortable. It has A/C, wifi, garage for 2 cars and plenty of parking space outside. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are very comfortable too. The only feedback I have is that it needs a dining table that can fit more than 6 people.

This house is one of the best that we’ve stayed in. The house is super clean, there’s a basement like a garage has the laundry room down there, the 1 st floor has 2 living room areas, 2 dining rm areas, 1 full kitchen comes with all the necessities, that you need to use and supplies they provide. 1 bedroom and full bath. 2nd floor comes with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths ( 1 is in the master bedroom and 1 is in the hallway) 3rd floor comes with 4 twin beds.. We were very comfortable with lots of rooms and great location it’s 5 mins from the airport.. We will stay at this house again if we go to LA again and I highly recommend to a nice big family.. thank you so much to Michael and Sara for helping us checked in early we just wanted to change to attend the family funeral. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable with the house.
