Enjoyed views and proximity to beach and many other fun activities in Los Angeles and Hollywood. Accommodations for all ages and lots of room to enjoy being together. Large kitchen and many other amenities.

Photos and description don't convey how special this property is. Beautiful views and super convenient location to enjoy the beach. Great house manager. Back yard is heavenly. House layout is terrific and so much space! I only hope that we can enjoy the house again in the future!

Perfect for our family gathering for my parents 63rd anniversary! Beatiful beach views from every direction, great parking access, 3 rooms have patios. Backyard has a view too! Fully oufitted kitchen, beach and yard games, beach chairs and towels. Could not have been happier.

wonderful weekend stay in Playa del Rey. House was clean, well cared for and kitchen was well stocked. Close to restaurants and bars and of course the beach. stunning sunsets from the deck of the house made for great pictures and evening cocktails. would recommend it.

House and the backyard was large enough to accommodate our family of 14 of 8 adults and children of age 7 to 17 The ocean view and the breeze with beautiful sunset was awesome Kitchen was large and well stocked Loved the walkability to the beach and nearby restaurants. We have gathered a lot of great memories and enjoyed it Shyra was very pleasant and available all the time and is an excellent host Recommend the house for large families Thank you Ganesh

The house is beautiful and spacious and was well suited for my family of nine. We woke up every morning to incredible ocean views. The beach is a short, 10-15 minute walk. The kitchen was moderately stocked with appliances and dishes. We could have used more face/wash cloths (there wasn’t enough for our party) but it wasn’t a big deal. The property manager is the best, very responsive to a small issue with the refrigerator that was fixed immediately. While we didn’t take advantage of the 2 bottles of wine that greeted us upon arrival, we did eat the snacks that accompanied the wine in the beautiful basket.

This property is not on the beach but easily accessible by a five-minute walk. As recompense, it has fantastic views of the beach and sunsets. It's large and clean and fresh. Would stay here again.

This is a beautiful home. The rooms are very spaced out and the backyard has a beautiful terrace. The house was very clean and the ocean view and sunsets from the windows are incredible. The host was easy to keep in touch with and helped with any issues we had. Highly recommend!

This house has it all - location, views of the beach, plenty of room for 11 adults to stay and visit, watch football and play games. Walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. It's a gem!

What people normally do not talk about on these reviews, in my opinion, is the comfort of beds where people get the most out of their sleep and rejuvenating bodies. This homes beds were exceptional for all who asked. The home is spread out and overlooks the gorgeous ocean. Even close to the airport, the noise of take off is not bad at all - you will hear the ocean over takeoff. It's close to the airport but far enough away to get that wild feeling of LA. It's peaceful. The owners and property management people were top notch. We have rented dozens upon dozens of homes through VRBO, this will go down as a favorite. Positive, wonderful, clean, honest, great communicating people. I highly recommend.

This home is stunning! Extremely clean and spacious with plenty of comfortable areas for our group to spread out. And of course the location - absolutely spectacular views from the front porches and raised backyard. Both the host and property manager were highly communicative and kind. We cannot recommend this spot enough! We will absolutely be back!

Reserved for a family vacation with grandparents to toddlers. Property manager was great at communicating, everything was set up as described. Easy walk to beach, coffee, restaurants; everything you could need. Plenty of food options nearby. Overall, this is a great property and we would have no problem staying again.

Martin and Shyra were hands down the best hosts I have experienced renting a vacation home. I had a large group coming and asked Martin many questions ahead of the trip about what was available at the home that we could use. He was not lying about a fully stocked kitchen, we had everything necessary to cook for a large group of "foodies". They were so flexible with check-in times and check-out times (and zero "to-do's" for check-out), left a nice note with wine/snacks, and reached out ahead of the stay so we had their contact information if we needed anything. And don't get me started on the views... especially how nice the back patio was to hang out. I could go on and on! For those that are deep in their online research about where to stay, look no further! Many thanks to Martin and Shyra :)

THE VIEW IS AMAZING ESPECIALLY TO WAKE UP TO. the house is big an spacious plenty of room to spread out we came with a group of 13 and and everyone was able to get their own space. House was very clean only downfalls for me was that the master bathroom doesn’t have a door and is shared between another bedrooms although you can close and lock that door another thing for me was the house was a little dated but that’s just my personal opinion as I’m a house remodeler other than that the stay was worry free and I would definitely stay there again

Ok, first let me say falling asleep to the sounds of waves crashing is pretty amazing. We picked this property due to the awesome ocean views, which did not disappoint, but I was not expecting to be able to hear the ocean. So cool! The house itself has a great layout with ocean views from almost every room. The house is huge, and was perfect for our extended family vacation. There were 12 of us and it did not feel cramped at all. The other thing we noticed is the property itself is so much larger than any others in the area, which was great because the backyard was large enough for us to play lawn games. The property manager was super easy to deal with and even surprised us with bottles of wine and a welcome gift. Nice touch! I would recommend this house to anyone, and we are already planning a return trip.
