This is a true home away from home. With 7 beds in total including 2 kings, 2 queens, and 3 twins, there's plenty of space for you and your group! A fully stocked kitchen gives you the opportunity to whip up a home cooked meal and enjoy a cup of Caribou coffee from our keurig. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, a portable baby crib, a high chair, etc. are provided. A washer and dryer are located downstairs. High speed wifi powers your devices as well as the 5 smart TV's that are located in both living rooms, and the three upstairs bedrooms. These TV's are equipped with Hulu live TV so you can watch NFL on Sundays, Peacock, so you can watch The Office and HBO Max. A private fenced in backyard with a large patio provides a great place to play yard games, grill, have a campfire and hang out. Inside you'll find a house filled with many amenities, cozy beds, a gas fireplace, two living areas, and a game room with a pool table. A smart thermostat makes it easy to control the heat and AC throughout the seasons. This home is a terrific place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the one of a kind city of Bemidji! Great property. House was nice and spacious and clean. Very happy with everything! Nice big yard although we didn’t bring any dogs with us. We are thinking of staying there again for sure!! Thanks for a great weekend experience!

The house was very nice. Spacious and the beds were great. Different options. We were there for a basketball tournament. And being 40 +we all were picky about our beds. There was some firm mattress and nice and comfy soft mattress. The appliances worked great. We had a nice meal cooked there as one of the friend was a cook. Great house and awesome renters. Thanks again. Ps we also booked this later in the week and still a nice deal. Better than a hotel. Pool table was a hit!!

We needed a place to stay with family since our daughter was getting married in Bemidji. This property gave us everything we needed. We needed a place that would allow dogs which accommodated us well. We would consider staying again. Nice big fenced in back yard as well.

We were a group of 7 adults. Very nice space for a group. Everything was clean. Two gathering spaces to spread out into. Nits: A slight musty smell when we arrived that dissipated. A little short on plates (just enough for our 7) and utensils. The free standing basement shower drain was slow and it needs a shelf for soap and shampoo. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Loved the large backyard and allowing pets. The bedrooms were attractive and spacious. Nice decor. Good location in Bemidji for access to our gathering place for reunion. Perfection would have been a dishwasher and less carpeting, but my 18 month old grandson loved the carpet. I probably would have been happy with no dishwasher, but I was the dishwasher. Friendly, immediately responsive hosts.

This home rental served our family gathering from South Dakota very well. It was roomy and great for all ages. It was great to find this awesome pet friendly home with a great fenced in back yard. We are making plans to stay for the next gathering!!

The house was large and easily accommodated 6 adults. The rooms were comfortable and the house was clean. We had a great time hanging out in the living room and had ample space to get ready for the day in the three bathrooms. The check-out process was one of the best I have encountered with a home rental. It was easy to finish up without having to take our entire morning cleaning up the whole house. Felt like a hotel stay with a great amount of room.

My husband and I plus our three boys and one girl friend stayed for two nights for our daughter's wedding. It was very clean, modern, easy check in and out and had enough space for family to come over for breakfast on the last day before checkout. Was cold outside the first night and the house stayed comfortable. Loved the coffee mugs, gas fireplace and night lights. Appreciated the wifi and little extras all over the house. Would definitely stay at this house or another one owned by these brothers.

It was my besties 50th, we are all BSU graduates, we had a great time heading down memory lane. The house was perfect, very comfortable, well stocked and in a very convenient location. We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone, we only used a small portion but it would be great for a family vacation.

Well organized, good location, very clean, comfortable beds, enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. It was perfect for our 4 generation family to stay near for my sister’s wedding. Back yard is fenced for the dog. Super property!!!!

The furnishings of this place were all new: bedding, beds , furniture and curtains. The carpet was white and had a lot of stains but obviously from guests who spilled food and/or didn't follow the shoes off rule. The basement was a bit too cold and no way to adjust that. Perhaps a space heater on hand would help which was discussed with property owners. One more complete bathroom is needed too with our size crowd of 8 adults, 1 teenager and 4 under 4. It was well supplied and outdoor grill plus backyard firepit were pluses. Property owners were easy to work with and very prompt with replies.

My family of 10 had adequate room. Outstanding was the AC, TVs, appliances including washer/dryer, bar-b-que and deck, and fenced large backyard. The owners were excellent in prompt responses to any questions. I was very pleased.

This was an excellent find and wonderful home. Our family traveled to Bemidji for a celebration of life of our dear cousin and the location was absolutely perfect. Short drives to Lake Andrusia and into town for shopping days. The house is complete with everything you need and super comfortable. The fenced in backyard was very convenient for our mini Labradoodle, although after running all over our cousins property all day, he rarely needed the backyard! 😄 The owners were very responsive via email and excellent hosts. We will definitely book again, if they’ll have us back! Many thanks!
