We chose this location for the proximity to downtown area, and for the purpose for our visit to Fort Collins. We loved our stay, and appreciated the available kitchenware, and family games. Parking was not an issue, and check in and out was a breeze. We have reason to visit Fort Collins, and definitely select this residential home for our future stay.

Everything was super well organized. Communication was as good as it could possibly be. Stacy was wonderful. However the mattresses were quite unsuitable. Much too soft. This is an easy fix which would make our stay a five-star experience.
