Not a lot of options in the area for a large group and appreciate the ability to accommodate our group of 14, however bookers be aware that there is an upcharge of 20 per night per guest for any bookings over 4 persons which makes this a very expensive option in the end. We were not aware of this when booking and assumed the listing that can accommodate 16 is included in the quoted price. Had to increase our initial reservation due to more family members coming and was shocked at the increase in fees. Owner was great with working with us to get this resolved and helped with a discount from Vrbo but future bookings should be aware of this issue. House is fun and quirky with lots of amenities offered but cleanliness was not up to my standards with mouse droppings on the bed covers, in the bathroom and areas of the kitchen. We sanitized everything and kept going but others may not be able to roll with this. Also please note that the area of town is a bit sketchy. We had one family member harassed and followed on her morning walk.
