Located in Hot Springs, this lovely house for $250 per night is a great option for your next break. The Garden House is an open and spacious home with all the amenities you need for a group to spread out and have their own space, or come together in the spacious living and dining room. There is one bedroom with King sized bed, one with a Queen bed and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. All beds have luxurious bedding - soft sheets, duvet comforters and comfortable pillows. Each bedroom has a closet for hanging clothes. There are 2 clean and tasteful bathrooms, one of which has a soaking tub. The main house is an open concept with living and dining room space connected. Living room has a propane heater, comfortable sectional couch and smart, big screen tv, ready for you to watch a favorite movie with family. Cozy leather reading chairs adorned with blankets sit by the front window inviting quiet time or a space to play games. The dining table comfortably seats 6. Wi-fi is high speed fiber optic. Kitchen has all the equipment you’ll need to cook dinner or make sandwiches before you hike. Outdoor propane grill comes with grilling tools and great views to look at while you cook. Cut some herbs from the cutting garden to make dinner taste even better or take a few flower clippings from our perennial flower garden for your dining room table. Soak in the outdoor hot tub with your group whilst you look at the stars or take in the greenery surrounding you. Then have your evening meal outside on the back deck under the market umbrella and turn on the outdoor cafe lights for evening ambience. Sit out on the front porch rocking chairs where you can watch the world go by and take in a glorious Hot Springs sunset and the mountains. Washer/dryer. Parking for 2 cars. Overall this sweet house is a well-appointed and comfortable spot to use as a home base for enjoying the town of Hot Springs and surrounding areas. Hiking, rafting, tubing, fishing and the applachian trail are all within close proximity. The Garden House does allow dogs that are pre-approved with a fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs. (no more than two). Keeping our homes clean, pristine and luxurious is very important to us and to our guests. For that reason and as a courtesy to all future travelers, dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture and any excessive damage or cleaning due to pets will be billed accordingly. We ask that you please also pick up waste after your pet as a courtesy to us and all of our future guests more about Dog stays: We are huge dog lovers ourselves. However, we do have rules with regard to our puppies and any puppies who are visiting our space. The Garden House does allow up to 2 dogs that are pre-approved with a fee of $125.000. No cats at the Garden House. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. We do provide a pet blanket for your ease and comfort. Any excessive damage or cleaning necessary after your stay, due to pets, will be billed accordingly. We also ask that you please pick up any waste after your pet as a courtesy to us and all of our future guests. Poop bags must be placed in the outdoor trash receptacle in a larger trash bag (not thrown in separately). thank you for taking good care of our place with regard to your pet. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we are STRICT about our pet policies. There is a dog fee for each dog to ensure the house is thoroughly clean for our next guests.

The house was very nice and Sara was always a text away if needed. The house had anything we needed , and we appreciated the coffee and wine that was there for us. A nice place and I would come back with a larger group and try and rent both the Garden house and the Magnolia House behind it.

We chose this house because we needed a one level home. We were in Weaverville, NC for a wedding and wanted to stay in the area afterward. This house was as described, the management was communicative, and we were accommodated very well. Beautiful gardens with produce and flowers, a complimentary bottle of wine, and excellent response time for any question that we had. BRAVO!

My friend and I visited Hot Springs for our birthdays. Our stay was wonderful. Some of the highlights were the space, location, and hot tub. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We also loved having the neighbors kitties hangout on the patio with us. We will definitely be booking again!

What a beautiful home!! Pleasant personal touches everywhere! Out hostess was amazing! It was a lovely visit with family. Close to town, but quiet and private, so basically all you could ask for! I highly recommend this home!!

The house was great. Plenty of space and very clean. Unlike most VRBO's I've stayed at this house had a great kitchen and was stocked well with what we needed to cook and eat. They also made it super easy to check in earlier than listed.

We LOVED this property! It is just precious inside & had everything we could have needed. Beautiful, crisp, and ultra clean. We sat on the back deck most of our mornings & admired the gorgeous garden. Fantastic stay, close to the main part of town, and excellent host. Thank you!!!

We travel frequently and have stayed in numerous vacation rentals from small apartments, to large expansive homes. This rental was by far the best we have experienced. The home was lovely and immaculately clean, and the hosts provided the perfect necessities for a convenient and welcoming stay (bathrobes, wine, coffee, toiletries, hot tub towels, etc.). I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Hot Springs!

The grounds feel resort like, the house is very clean and well kept. Little welcome gifts were a nice touch, cut flowers everywhere, super relaxing and enjoyable. Close to ashville and gatlinsburg, enjoyable restaurants down town, we would return.

We stayed at the Garden House in spring of 2022 as a jumping off point for a father/son backbacking section hike of the AT. My wife stayed at the house through the week while we were off in the woods. The cottage is part of a larger property containing gardens and a mansion. The house has been renovated and is clean and modern, while keeping a historical feel. My wife is self-declared clean freak, and she was VERY impressed with the cleanliness. The house was sparkly white just like the photos in the profile. There were fresh flowers throughout the house from the property gardens, and numerous complimentary goodies. Shops, restaurants, and breweries are a short walk either out the front door, or nice walking path off the back of the property over a pedestrian bridge. This is not a big town, but has alot of character and friendly people. Sara the owner was extremely available and friendly!

We had an amazing stay for my husbands birthday! The house was just as it was listed on VRBO. We had such easy access to the Main Street in Hot Springs. Great beers and food at Pillow Top. We loved the Smokey Mountain Diner as well. We will be going back to stay again.
