House is beautiful, property was perfect. The property owner should spend some money and time painting and doing some repairs. Pool cleaner came while we were there and when he left the debris was still in the pool-it was okay, pool wasn’t heated so no one got in the pool. Sliding doors, some work-some are bolted shut. Sliding screen doors in the bedroom were falling out. Such a beautiful home, just needs a little time and money put into it. Family was thrilled to spend the week here, I enjoyed my stay as well. Victor answered all questions in a timely manner.

I hosted a Birthday Party at this home for my father. This home is perfect for those families looking to stay together and host an event. We had 40 attendees and the whole family was able to stay together in the home. The property is in a beautiful water front location with a wonderful breeze and plenty of shade. The pool and house were clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was welcoming and quick to answer any questions that we had.

We celebrated a friends Bachelor party here. The home was beautiful, plenty of space for the group. Location was close to Tampa, privacy was a plus, located on a dead end road riverfront.. Victor had great communication throughout the entire process. The pool, dock and boat ramp, were valued additions for this rental. Absolutely would stay again. Highly recommend!

I loved the property! The house was big enough for our family vacation. The only thing that we were upset about was the dock was destroyed by a storm that had went through before we rented it. It is a beautiful home!

The inside was ok, the outside was horrible, the grass was over a foot high and there was an animal crawling around in the grass. The owner claims due to the weather the grass grows fast but stated he only cut the grass twice a month. We had 9 people stay in a house fit for 24. We were at a conference in town and wanted to have a few friends come by for a few hours and was charged. The pool wasn't cleaned until a day before check-out. The dock doesn't have lights as advertised. The owner didn't contact us until after the stay. The price per night this home is not worth it. I would never stay at this property again

The property was beautiful and spacious. There was some maintenance and upkeep we felt was lacking, very large stain (red/rust colored about size of basketball) in guest bedroom that was found after a night spent in that bed, as well as stains on the comforter in the master bedroom, these are things i feel could be easily replaced. Couple dead beetles/palmetto bugs found and we bought our own Raid for the multiple hornet nests on the dock. The host was very accommodating with an early checkin and a late checkout.

The house was absolutely as advertised and a perfect property for a weekend getaway. Just a short drive to downtown Tampa when you're looking for something to do. When you're looking to relax, the house had everything including a comfortable living space, enclosed pool area, a deck with a view, and plenty of kitchen supplies and a grill for making meals.

Great spot for a big group. Pretty far from downtown Tampa so this is a good spot if you plan on spending most of your time at the house. Overall, we had a great time.

We rented the house with a few families from Michigan, in the area for a gymnastics meet. Good fishing off the dock and saw several dolphins, kids and parents all had a good time.

My group and I had a fantastic stay at this property. We had a large group (24 people) and this house slept everyone very comfortably. The property was clean and spacious in a very cool area right on the river. We especially enjoyed being able to use the brand new dock and even caught some catfish which was very exciting. It is in a great location that is close to multiple grocery stores and just a short drive to lots of amazing activities. Victor was very communicative and did everything he could to make sure we had a great stay. We had so much fun and I cannot recommend this space enough. Book it today!

Overall the property was great. The rooms and property in general was accommodating to our large group. They finished the new dock during our first day and we were able to enjoy the fishing and sights for the remainder of our stay. The kids enjoyed catching plentiful catfish, speckled trout, and stingrays! One thing I feel would improve the property is adding heat to the swimming pool, which we were looking forward to enjoy but couldn’t in combination with the cold front that moved in. We would stay again, but probably in the warmer season in Florida to enjoy the amenities the property offers. Thanks again Victor!

Loved the floor plan and lay out. We had 15 family members and lots of room. The upkeep of the property was poor. Outside grill and kitchen area was not useable. Lots of debris and junk around yard; grass was overgrown. Kids enjoyed the pool and dock. There were no lamps in the bedrooms, bathroom door wouldn't close, no stopper for the kitchen sink. Toilet stopped up, called mgr. Mgr did not correct toilet issue; said it was okay.

We had a great time! Very easy check-in, owner was easily reached and communication was very easy. Dock was being restored due to hurricane damage, but he was great about telling us when the workers were going to be present. We had to do some yard work due to the wind blowing tree debris over the ceremony and dance floor area. Bring bug zappers/repellent since you are by the water. Kitchen has basic needs supplied, and bathrooms were well stocked. Definitely would stay again for vacation or another event. Easy drive to honeymoon in Disney with family too!!

We stayed here for a soccer tournament in the Tampa area. It was a great location and we were able to have the whole team and 3 moms stay throughout the weekend. The house has lots of space and common areas for hanging out and the pool was very clean. We didn't get to use the deck over the water because it was damaged and not safe and the yard needed mowing badly. There were personal items and empty liquor bottles left behind from the last renters that were found when we checked in, so a more thourough cleaning would be ideal. All in all though, great stay!

The place was great and comfortable for everyone. We had a wedding there and everyone loved it and the boat ramp on site was a plus! The problem we encountered was not the property itself but the neighbor. He greeted us with an attitude as soon as he saw us. He also thinks he owns the public road and everything in front of his house and will complain to the owner about everything and i mean everything, which was very aggravating to be getting texts in the middle of trying to get married. Other than that, i would definitely stay again.

Plenty of room for 20 people. We were here for my daughters wedding in Clearwater. Does need some updating. The deck was messy with food and beer bottles when we checked in, one part of the stove didn’t work, grill was gross so we bought our own, and there was a leak in one of the bedroom ceilings. Otherwise we had an amazing time. The boys had lots of fun fishing, they even caught a sting ray and a shark. We would rent again!

Probably one of the best vacation we had. The house was big and clean. The sunset over water was beautiful. A few minor issues occurred during the stay, but the owner was quick to resolve them. The owner was friendly and courteous. Overall a wonderful stay.

A group of friends and myself have stayed here every year when travelling from Miami for a local car event. The morning views are lovely and the house is spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Also very central for our needs. Looking forward to staying there again next year.
