Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and cafes, guests can easily enjoy the local dining scene. Step into an open-concept newly remodeled living room and fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and finishes. The main floor also offers a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry room. The second floor boasts a king-sized master suite with private bathroom, a charming, custom bunk room, a spacious queen bedroom, and an additional bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with brand new TVs for your entertainment. Climb up to the third floor and be wowed by the stunning wet bar and a rooftop patio with stunning views of the ocean and sunsets. This property can accommodate up to 10 guests, with a minimum age requirement of 25. Our property manager will meet you at check-in to verify ID and ensure the number of guests. A Gas powered, Street legal golf cart is available for additional fee. Just ask. This home is suitable for family vacations only, and is not suitable for college or party groups. Here are the rules.... Small dogs considered with a fee of $225 plus tax PER DOG....must get prior approval before booking MUST be 25 or older to rent AND have at least 2 people that age staying on the premises. NO SMOKING, VAPING, or illegal drugs....immediate eviction if violated.

This house is perfect for a family vaca! It was super clean and decorated very well. The beds are all comfortable and the bunk room is perfect for the kiddos in your life. We took a family trip with our best friends - which were 5 adults and 5 children. We all loved this house and had plenty of room to where we were not on top of each other. The house in located on the west end of PCB which is our favorite and directly across from the beach access. If you’re looking for a great beach house this is the one! We will definitely stay here again.

We rented this property for our spring break vacation. The house was even better than we thought and just steps from the beach. Everything was clean and new looking. It was perfect for our family of 7 staying there. The home had everything we needed for cooking and keeping things clean during our stay. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again.

It was a perfect week. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 10. We would rent it again! Loved the house and the surrounding area. Only negatives: The TV in the master bedroom did not work and there was a “surprise” in the toilet when we got there.

We loved the location of this house. The beach access is directly across the street which made it easy for everyone to come and go. The beach was not crowded which was a plus as well. The house was clean and have everything we needed. When we arrived the fire alarm was chirping. We contacted maintenance and they came quickly with new batteries and resolved the problem. They also sent out communication regularly with all of the information needed to check in, for maintenance if needed during our stay and for check out which made the process so easy. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

The pictures for this listing do not do it justice. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped and the large kitchen table was perfect for our family. Living room furniture was very chic and comfortable. We enjoyed the upper decks on the house also. The only negative For this house is the downstairs bed is very uncomfortable and needs an upgrade. That would not stop me from returning. Hopefully we can return next year. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice place with plenty of space for families. Only downfall is that the bedroom with the on suite bathroom has a full size bed and the other bedroom has the king size. Not a big deal overall for us but might be for some. Loved that all rooms had good size TVs. Great location directly across from beach access 95.

The beach house (Peach on the Beach) is at a perfect location with pier 95 directly in front of you with views of the ocean. Very spacious and gorgeous home, my family and I had a great time during our stay. Communication was quick and easy with the property manager. My family and I look forward to booking again with Warren Beach Rentals in the future! Thank you Mitch for all your help.
