High-speed gigabit WiFi is provided throughout the home and surrounding outdoor areas. The main house has 5 bedrooms (7 beds) and can accommodate 12 people sleeping comfortably. The attached apartment above the garage has 1 bedroom and a sofa bed and accommodates up to 4 people. The main house has two bedrooms on the main floor. There is a bathroom and shower on the main floor. There is also a bathroom and shower in the basement next to the game room. There is a large laundry room on the main floor. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Each of the second-floor bedrooms has their own en suite bathroom and shower. We had an absolutely incredible time at this fabulous house on the beach, the perfect long weekend getaway. We went with family friends and our kids, and it couldn't have been a better time. The house is beautiful, immaculately clean, with gorgeous views. The kids enjoyed the game room, playing ping pong, hide and seek, and hanging in the apartment, while the parents enjoyed the spacious comfortable digs. This place has so much to offer, no matter the season. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and beachside patios. Kayaking on chico bay was lots of fun. Access to the bay at high tide was somewhat precarious. Lots of games and activities for youth. Comfortable living room and spacious dining room. Great views.

Selected this property for our Family Reunion/90th Birthday celebration at the end of July 2023 and it was a great choice! There was plenty of room and privacy for all in addition to multiple gathering spaces both inside and outside. The views are incredible and there is great access to Chico Bay and Dyes Inlet. The kitchen was well-appointed and we made good use of the BBQ on the deck. There are kayaks and a paddle board available as well. We made one afternoon trip into Poulsbo as a group but otherwise enjoyed just hanging around the house and catching up as a family. The responsiveness of the host/property manager always weighs heavily in our decision on where to rent our large reunion properties. Our Beach House hosts, Dan and Ally, were super responsive and accommodating right from the initial booking and on throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property!

The home is well maintained and located right on the Puget Sound with beautiful long range views. Harbor seals, Bald Eagles and Canada Geese were daily visitors. We enjoyed kayaking right from our backyard. We also took several day trips and the home is centrally located with easy access to Mt. Olympic and Mt. Rainer National Park and a fun ferry ride over to Seattle. Costco and tons of shopping are only 4 miles away.

This house suited our needs so perfectly! We were in town for our son’s wedding and we had multiple generations to make comfortable in one house. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and that was ideal for our group. The house is also five minutes from the golf club where we hosted the rehearsal dinner.
The location is so lovely, right on the water. We were incredibly fortunate to see orca whales passing through the waterway and visible from the deck. Truly, it was breathtaking! The kayaks came in handy, my brother-in-law kayaked out to get a closer look at the whales. Also the paddle board and the outdoor propane fire pit were much appreciated.
The neighbors were super nice and gave us lots of helpful info about the whales.
So, yes! This place is fantastic and gives one an idea of how very lovely the Pacific NW is with the water, forests, and wildlife just outside your door!

We were so impressed with the quality and beauty of this home. It’s well appointed and stocked with pretty much everything we needed. The floor plan and decor worked beautifully for our family of 9 adults. And ohmigosh- the water view from the living room windows, the decks and master suite are incredibly amazing. What a joyful experience it was for everyone.

This home is gorgeously big, yet intimately appointed. The views are stunning, and the owners are professional, responsive, and kind. It was clear great thought went into each element of creating a five-star guest experience. Due to the season, we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor elements, but the house was more than enough.

We had an incredible week in this beautiful home spending time with our extended family. The home is absolutely stunning! From the incredible views to the nice furnishings. Everything was just perfect. The home is perfectly appointed with everything you need to cook meals. Every room is nicely decorated and comfortable. The master has major wow factor. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive to any questions we had! We loved kayaking and paddle boarding around or sitting on the several expansive decks or by the fire pits soaking in the beautiful views. We would absolutely stay here again! highly recommend!!

Our extended family of 12 (including grown children) enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, with lots of room for lounging, loafing, gathering, cooking and sleeping. Even though the site is close to the Seattle metro area, the waterfront house location feels secluded and separate from urban life, while still being close enough for convenient access to many nearby shopping, recreation and tourist opportunities.

Exceptional Vacation Rental Experience
One word I think of to describe the Chico Bay Beach House -- AMAZING. It has the most incredible view, the nicest furnishings, every amenity imaginable and some you wouldn't even think of. Basically it looks exactly as shown on the VRBO site -- stunning! The owners have been perfect to work with, and that has been much appreciated.

We all loved staying at this property! The home is beautiful and great for entertaining groups, whether the group all wants to be together of find some quiet time in the various nooks around the property. If you are looking for peace...the view is amazing. We spent a lot of time outdoors, just enjoying the view and watching the seals. Dan and Ally were great hosts too! You will not be disappointed staying here! It was perfect for us!

The hosts keep the place stocked with everything you could need. From kitchen accessories, to board games and more. Outside there was a fire pit, natural gas grill and plenty of seating on large deck and patio. Also, kayaks and bag game too!
The cherry on top is the view. From the moment you walk in your greater by large windows overlooking the water. The master bedroom also has a marvelous view from the second floor and has a large private balancing.
We spent hours watching the wildlife. There were sea otters skimming around. Bald eagles frequented the area plucking fish out of the water and away from other birds. Several geese were there too with their babies, until the neighbors puppy (lab) chased them into the water. I could go on…

Beautiful home with spectacular views and landscaping.
This beautiful home offers 6 very large and comfortable bedrooms including a separate apartment above the garage. The master suite is enormous and has a balcony overlooking the water. My family and I enjoyed the large multi-level deck and the breakfast bar in particular.
Dan and Ally were terrific hosts and went out of their way to order and send a bluetooth speaker so we could play peaceful background music during our stay. Very responsive and their attention to detail is second to none!

This home was perfect for that with the large kitchen and dining areas, plenty of space to stretch out and relax, and multiple firepits for late night s'mores. Amazing place
This house is amazing! The location is very convenient. Close to grocery stores, a coffee shop and down the road from a famous Bloody Mary place. However, there’s really no need to go anywhere because the view and house are beautiful. We soaked up some much needed vitamin D by playing outside and using the loaned kayak. Our kids were able to do arts and crafts on the grass and search for shells. Dan was so kind to leave us a personalized welcome note and he was also very accommodating. Thanks for letting us make some unforgettable family memories!

Family of 8 here (plus 2 grandparents).
We absolutely LOVED this rental. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable. The views from the living room and dining area/kitchen are incredible. The easy access to the beach at low tide is great…the kids loved finding crabs and skipping rocks on our walks.
There is a good supply of board games in addition to the arcade game in the basement. Our family really needed to pull away for some peace and connection and I couldn’t have asked for a better atmosphere.
We don’t often visit the same rental twice, as we love to explore new places, but we’d all love to come back to this one.

My family, 12 of us enjoyed our Thanksgiving Holiday there.
We spent most of our time in the great room and in and around the spacious, fully equipped, gourmet kitchen area and large dining room with a solid table that easily sat 10 adults. Though we don't plan vacation get aways with cooking in mind... My Lady worked for hours in the kitchen making a memorable, magical holiday meal with all the trimmings, she kept making comments about how much room there was to be organized and that it was a dream kitchen and she loved it.
The living room is very inviting, boasting plenty of comfortable seating and the center piece gas fireplace really made it feel cozy and warm. The game room was very popular too, with foosball and the "Atari" game console, good times!! The luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing, the beds were big and comfortable with plenty of pillows! There was a large beautiful office room...but I managed to stay away from it.
Even though the weather was mostly nonstop soaking rains there was plenty to do inside, we never felt crowded and
enjoyed the beautiful views.
There is a E-charging station in the garage, for the electric cars and plenty of parking with a 3 car garage, and with room for 6 or more cars, on and along the driveway.
This home was very well built, it is solid and you hear very little outside noise. We Loved our stay here! You will too!!!
