This luxurious private residence is the closest ski-In, ski-out home to Park City Mountain Canyons Village. Nestled in the woods alongside the resort base, this home offers a mountain contemporary look and feel. A main floor master bedroom with 18-foot ceilings sets the stage for this masterfully designed home. Beautiful office/library with built-ins with views of ski runs and resort lifts. Professional chef's kitchen with open design great for entertaining. Balconies and walkout patios give bedrooms plenty of light and views. Heated driveway/walks, custom theater, ornate sports bar, art nooks, and cabinet built-ins properly appoint this house. Walk to dinner and summer golfing, and enjoy resort fireworks off of the front patio. Easy and quick access to SLC airport (30 min) will get you on the slopes fast. Watch skiers/boarders on Retreat Run right out your windows. The perfect family retreat! Please note that Park City Mountain Resort manages all of the ski lifts and has sole decision-making authority on which ski lifts they open and close and if / when they run the ski lifts based on conditions and time of year. Had a wonderful stay with a large group of friends (11 adults). If anything the photos undersold the spaciousness of the house. We specifically enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and downstairs lounge/theater. Will definitely try to book again for our next trip to Park City.

Excellent property, easy ski in and out and responsive hosts. Every aspect of this house exceeded expectations. The ski trail is literally a few steps from the back door! We reallly enjoyed the downstairs recreation area with bar, pool table and theater. First class stay.

We will definitely return to enjoy the Red Pine Estate again. It is everything that is represented in the listing and more. The property manager was extremely helpful and very responsive. The location is excellent and we will absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our time in Park City, 15 of us came together to celebrate the holiday and enjoy the area. Overall we can't complain, there was just about everything we could have needed in the home, including spices, and tools, pans etc to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. I think the only thing that could have put it to 5 stars was if there was a bit more flexibility with places to sleep. Having the basement couch and the loft couch be sleeper sofas would have helped us out a lot. Heated floors were a lovely touch and much appreciated as we could not seem to keep the temp in the house from being too hot or too cold, but it is a massive house so that was to be expected.

This was our second time to stay at this property and it was wonderful for our group of moms. The location is perfect, 15 minutes to the downtown shopping area of Main Street, yet private and quiet. There were a few items that needed attention but Michael was very responsive and helped us out. An incredible home!

Absolutely amazing house. The pictures almost don't even do it justice. So much space for a big group to spread out. Location was perfect, house was in great shape. We had an issue with the AV system and the host came by the next morning themselves to make sure it got fixed so we were able to use it the rest of the weekend. Highly recommend. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed a family reunion here. Everyone had a good place to sleep. There were so many places to hang out both inside and out. Really loved the theater and pool table. The heat lamps came in handy over the outside patio. We hiked on the trail right off the back patio into the village and up the mountain every day. This place exceeded our expectations (which were already very high).

The house was Perfect! For our needs. Our 4 year old loved the house with hiking out the back door. Air Hockey, and the Theatre. He was n heaven. Michael was very quick to respond. Beds, sheets and towels were great. Would definitely stay there again. Thought location was just what we needed

This home worked so well for our family of 16. There was plenty of spreading out room. And best of all, the home is situated in the Quaking Aspen and pine trees to really feel like we were hidden away. There were walking paths and quick access to all Park City has to offer.

Beautiful, spacious home! So fun to just stay inside but also surrounded by scenic mountains and great hiking trails. Close to golf course and stores. Loved our stay in this home for our family reunion.

Words can’t describe exactly how perfect our trip was. From checking in and our entire stay everything was perfect. They went above and beyond to make our trip as easy as possible. The house was absolutely incredible. Everything you could possibly need was included. Would absolutely book this house again.

Luxurious home that is well kept with a well-stocked kitchen including cooking utensils, dinnerware, glasses, silverware, etc. The quality of the structure was well beyond what we expected. With only a couple of minor hiccups the owners were very quick to respond and resolve the issues quickly. The location is perfect for skiers and the house was well prepared for keeping the paraphernalia in one place. We protected the beautiful wooden floors by removing all shoes before walking on the wood or carpet. This is a highly recommended property, and we would definitely rent it again should we visit Park City in the future. Definitely Five Stars.

We spent a week in this beautiful home with our kids and five grandkids who are all under age 5. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. We took advantage of the ski-in ski-out bonus. I highly recommmend this property.

Lovely house and wonderful location - both to base and ski in/ ski out. Perfect for gathering, but also plenty of room to spread out if you wanted more quiet time. We loved our time here - hosts are fantastic and provided absolutely all of the information we might possibly have needed. Highly recommend!

We spent time over thanksgiving in this beautiful home and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space for the entire family and activities for every age. The theater room was great, the pool table, air hockey and other activities gave people of every age had plenty of things to keep them busy. Absolutely loved our stay here, will definitely look to stay here again!!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Great location, lots of amenities, spacious rooms throughout the house. Fun rec room in basement with bar and theater. The owners were excellent to communicate with and would definitely recommend for a family vacation!

This was a special time with a group of friends coming from different parts of the US. We had the best time! Michael's property was absolutely amazing, lots of places to gather and enjoy each other as well as just be in beautiful nature. We loved the location with easy access to walking trails and close to downtown. The home was so quiet and we enjoyed the wildlife (deer, rabbits, chipmunks) that wandered through the backyard. We will be back and are so grateful for Michael's hospitality.

There were so many fun amenities in this house!! Our teens never left the basement full of game rooms gym theater room ! They only came upstairs to eat!! The outdoor patio was in such a beautiful setting. The adults went on hikes and walked to nearby restaurants and shopping! Plenty of family space for meals and just hanging out!! I would highly recommend this property!! I want to go back!!!!!!

Everything was exceptional!
The rooms were big and beautiful !
When we called Michael the owner that we were having difficulties getting the music and theater to work, he and Debbie spent a lot of time trying to help us remotely… when that didn’t work Michael and his daughter Grace, drove out to the property and Grace got everything going!
We watched 2 movies on Netflix on Friday night in the beautiful theater room!
Loved every minute of our time there!

The bonus room is small/tight, so if you have 19 people, some may not like that sleeping space, but teens and kids would probably be ok in it. Lots of games and activities on site; kids loved the movie room, pool table, foosball, etc etc. Hosts responded quickly to needs and questions. Overall, very happy with the house.

This is the only house you should consider renting -it is simply magnificent!!! Perfectly tucked away in tranquility, lots of space to “hang out” and relax but close to Park City and canyons village . The house is pristine - cleanest and most well equipped rental house we’ve stayed in. Very comfortable beds in every room. Amazing basement with games, a great theatre room, bar and card table . Very responsive and gracious hosts . We will definitely timely be back.

We had an amazing long weekend getaway in this expansive beautiful home. The amenities are great and there is so much to do here (pool table, hot tub, card/game room,theater room,etc). Other than a couple of ants and a spider, everything else was awesome!!!

All 16 of our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The accommodations were as described and comfortably handled our entire family. The area provides a lot of outdoor opportunities.

Great family reunion!
House was huge and beautiful. We were a family of 10 (supposed to be 14 - thanks, COVID) so there was plenty of space for all. Kids loved the entertainment areas and theater. Kitchen was large enough for several adults (and kids) to be working and has a large pantry (great place to keep stuff so it's not out). Large fridge with extra fridge, ice maker and wine fridges downstairs. Plenty of plates/utensils and pots/pans. Nice open common spaces to be together. Yet bedrooms all felt remote enough to be quiet and private. Dining table seated us 10 comfortably. We loved sitting outside, making s'mores, seeing the deer.... We were able to walk out the door to run/hike up the skin hill or run/walk/bike into the village or onto Park City trails. Huge mud room right off garage allowed for an excellent drop area so there wasn't stuff everywhere! Plenty of parking for our 3 cars (2 in the garage) and safe place for our bikes. The house was so huge (with so many bathrooms) that I don't think we all even had the chance to spend time in all the spaces. Beds and seating areas were comfortable. Debbie and Mike were super responsive during and prior to our stay answering all of our inquiries. You won't be disappointed.

This property was simply perfection. Beautiful, and the most well equipped property we’ve stayed at. Amazing theatre room that the family could watch movies in. Beautiful finishes everywhere. Deer prancing in the backyard . We had a great time, and none of us wanted to leave,
