Nestled in Raleigh, this charming house for $230 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. An upscale experience in one of Raleigh's most sought after areas to live in and only minutes away from many of the cities most popular venues. This Townhome is in a FANTASTIC location! Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Cameron Village and North Hills, which hosts some of Raleigh's premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Some of the highest rated grocery stores are just minutes away to help you stock up for your stay. Five minutes to NCSU, PNC Arena, the NC State Fairgrounds and Rex Hospital. Ten minute drive to RDU International Airport and Research Triangle Park. An Uber ride to most of Raleigh's restaurants, shopping and nightlife is usually between $5-$10. Very close to all of the major music venues including PNC Arena, Walnut Creek Amphitheater, Red Hat Amphitheater, The Ritz and Lincoln theater. This townhome has just recently been completely renovated and remodeled. Features include three guest suites and 2.5 baths, a brand new fully equipped kitchen, multiple tv’s and there is a lovely private back patio with outdoor seating. You will have the entire Townhome to yourself. It is self check in so anytime you arrive after 4pm is fine. I will always be just a phone call away if needed. As a Superhost, I strive to give my guests a five-star experience, if for any reason something during your stay does not meet your expectations, please let me know so that I can change it. PLEASE NOTE: You must be 26 years of age to book this property. No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit. Minimum age to book is 26. The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. We allow children with the following stipulations: -Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing" -Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the apartment. It is only on the outside of the apartment, there are no cameras inside the apartment. There is a noise monitoring device inside the apartment, this detects noise levels only without recording or listening.

The property was quaintly located in a townhouse community, very quiet, lots of trees, and close to everything we needed including a grocery store, coffee, and our friends house that we were visiting near by. Would stay again if we're visiting there again!

Really enjoyed this property, it's everything that the booking displays. We were only there for around 24 hours and not at the property much but when we were, we were all very comfortable. All 6 adults had their own bed with the exception of 2 people sharing the king but it was plenty of space. If you need a comfortable & clean place to stay, this is it!

The property was absolutely beautiful and spotless. It was exactly what we needed for our birthday trip to Raleigh for our friend Johnny the location was fantastic and it really was a very charming spot.

Really enjoyed our stay and very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort. Nice and quiet private back yard. Great communication with the property manager when needed. 15 mins from downtown Raleigh and can be a challenge dealing with road construction. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Our family of 5 stayed here while visiting family in Clayton. It was conveniently right off the highway and a quarter of a mile from a plaza with grocery, restaurants, Starbucks! The townhouse was beyond stocked with adequate bedding, dishes and toiletries. We will like try to book the same rental next year!

Let’s just say anytime I wake up and the first live creature I see is a cockroach my stay is ruined. And for that to happen both days in two separate areas… This place needed a good cleaning, replacement of worn towels, carpet and rug, remodel of fixtures,… The only positives were close to DT and fairground area, decent mattresses and very quiet. Also when paying hundreds in cleaning fees laundry should not be left in machine, place vacuumed free of crumbs, etc. Lastly I was surprised no milk, coffee, or other welcome stuff missing… always standard when paying/staying over $1000 for weekend 5 star place? 😢

We stayed for Homecoming weekend. Close to Carter Finley and campus. Quiet neighborhood. We had an issue getting the TV to work. You needed a Roku or Sling account to get the TV channels, from what we could figure. Most people have that, but we didn't!

We had a great visit and the property was one of our favorites. Very clean and cozy. Has everything and more you would need to feel like you are on vacation and the comfy feeling of home as well. Host was very responsive and addressed any concerns or questions. Midge sent a great list of things to do and places to eat while visiting. Great neighborhood and location was perfect for visiting my son at NC State and attending a NC State football game.

They are very unprofessional. The host tried to call the police on me because there were smoke ashes outside & They kept my deposit because i didnt mop the floor and tried to force me to give them a starbucks gift card for a good review! They are penny pinchers and only want to take all your money.

We booked this property to give us some space and a kitchen while in Raleigh for my teenager’s swim meet. The property is located in a quiet area but close to lots of amenities. Recently updated and super liveable. If life brings us back to Raleigh, I would book again in a heartbeat.
