About this house rental
A 5-bedroom, 2-bath South Tampa home for up to 10, with a private heated pool in a fully fenced yard and pool heating included free. Tampa International Airport and downtown are each about 15 minutes, St. Pete Beach 25 and Busch Gardens 30.
The living room, dining area and kitchen share one open space, so whoever is cooking is still part of the conversation. An L-shaped couch faces the smart TV, and the dining table seats 8. Out back, a fully fenced yard holds the heated pool, a patio with seating and a gas grill, with room for lawn games.

★ Pool heat: included free. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so on a 50°F morning the pool tops out around 65–70°F.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 5 bedrooms share 2 full baths for up to 10. Two kings, a queen, a room with two twin bunks and a room with one bunk.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet, disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests; $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check; the booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

The heated pool was great. We have a small dog that needs insulin 2 times a day so being able to bring her with is was a must. Thank You

This is a great house for larger families - lots of beds. The extra touches (like Q-Tips in the bathroom) was a unique bonus. Pool was lovely - be careful of mosquitoes at night! We had 1 maintenance issue (no hot hot water in the main shower) that even though communication was fast and easy, never got resolved. The house is close to main highways to go north to the airport or west to the beaches and lots of food and shopping is nearby.

The house is very clean and the location was perfect for our needs. Close to the grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. The backyard is great if you are traveling with pets. The pool was very clean and easy to access. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond. We will definitely book again when we come to Tampa.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. Well appointed house ables to accommodate the extended family comfortably while attending a formal military function at the base. Management was fantastically communicative. The price point was much better than had we all gotten separated hotel rooms, and we had a much better time actually staying together.
