The location of the property is very well positioned with access to coffee, restaurants & the beach. The property was very neat & clean. The hosts were very responsive to any inquiries and reached out to ensure the stay is enjoyable. If you're staying anywhere in the Santa Rosa/Grayton Beach area, you won't be disappointed. We weren't! Great stay!

We loved this house!
Such a great location, beautiful interior and comfy beds. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how it smelt like home, didn’t smell like a bleach cleaned rental. Such a comfy southern home!
Our only hiccup was the golf cart listed was not the cart provided. It wasn’t a huge issue but it was a bright yellow golf cart, haha. We got a kick out of it. It worked well and did its job, so no big issue.
We loved the extra beach toys provided since we flew in we couldn’t bring a ton of toys for our kids.
We would absolutely come back to this property!
