Each day can be spent in the salty air, as a heated in-ground pool, private beach access via a staircase from the backyard, and multiple water view patios await to let you choose how to use your time away. The private beach has been completely hardscaped, and the former concrete patio has been replaced with a custom stone deck and new landscaping. If you feel like watching the waves roll in with a favorite drink in hand, the wraparound mahogany decks will provide the perfect space to get your fill of serenity. Rinse off sandy toes in the heated outdoor shower, or spoil yourself in one of the two jetted tubs in the two full bathrooms. And, you can treat everyone to a tasty home-cooked meal prepared in the full kitchen, as you will have all of the appliances and cookware needed for your favorite recipes. When venturing out a bit, some local favorite activities are hopping on the ferry to town or checking out the Vineyard or Nantucket. Plus, this getaway is two miles from the bridge to Cape Cod, and the best bike paths are within minutes along the water! There's a seven-mile path along the water with nice views and stops along the way. This area is also a kayaker's dream, with Ellisville Harbor State Park nearby and a launch point in front of the house! Bicyclists will have trouble deciding which bike path to choose- Cape Cod Canal offers two waterside paths seven miles long with museums, snack shops, and other points of interest along the way. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The wood stove is not operational. The private pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: There is an active Ring surveillance camera on-site. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The location and views of this property are second to none. The home was open and had a functional layout. There were some challenges which could be overcome with some effort, including more thorough cleaning and maintenance (hair in tub upon arrival, dishwasher malfunction and leaking, downstairs tub doesn’t hold water, power outlets/lights not working in downstairs bedroom). WiFi was also out due to a power outlet failing, but was able to get it going by using an ext cord. We would consider staying here again and prop manager was responsive.

You will not be disappointed. What a beautiful location. Seals, heron, shore birds galore. The private beach is amazing. The house located above was looking right over the bay. Beautiful home inside and out. We will be back!!

Great home to enjoy the quiet and beautiful ocean views. This was a 5 day trip for my family to enjoy the New England Fall. There was a beach steps from the house. This is part of a state park so very few people were around. Great place for kids to play and explore the tide pools. Easy access to Cape Cod and all Plymouth sites.

Overlooking the ocean has its benefits! We saw whales spouting and seals crooning late until early evening. Stress free therapy at its best! Whether alone or with your family this home is the most relaxing and gorgeous home ever visited. Wish I could give 10 stars! Love love and can’t wait to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed vacationing with our family in this lovely home. The views were amazing and the house was bright and cheery. However , a few suggestions for future guests may make the stay 5 star , rather then 4. The microwave was very finicky and didn’t always work. The shower in the beautiful upstairs bedroom was dreadful. The door to the shower was quite difficult to open , and if the shower head was moved at all , water sprayed from the shower head joint over the shower door and onto the tile floor. I almost fell on the slippery floor. The shower pressure I’m the first floor shower was poor. Also , several overhead lights were burned out As we had an 18 month old with us , it would have been helpful to know about the sharp long drop off from the back of the house facing the beach. Thank goodness we had a lot of gates to keep the baby confined to the porch. Lastly , there were 5 adults but only 4 beach chairs. These items did not in a large way detract from our enjoyment of this property. It is a lovely home and, as stated above , these suggestions may help future guests , especially considering the cost paid for the week.

We had a great family getaway to Plymouth. The house is beautiful and very private... just don't show up after dark, because it can be a bit tricky to find! Endless walks on the beach (bring water shoes, it's a bit rocky) followed by cooling off in the pool. It was just what we needed!
