About this apartment rental
This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom property is located directly on one of the nicest beaches in all of Puerto Vallarta. The condo has lots of amenities including an on-site restaurant, luxurious pool, maid service, full time admin, maintenance. Stunning views of the Bay of Banderas which is prime for whale watching during particular times of the year. Located just a short bus ride to all that downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer. You can then come back to the condo and retire for the night with nothing but the sound of waves along the shore. The condo is located in one of the most desirable areas in Puerto Vallarta along the south shore where the water is pristine. Whether you want to spend all your time at the condo or go on an adventure around the area, there is no better place than right here in paradise. Three spacious bedrooms, 2 with King beds, one with a Queen. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds and is en suite, wonderful for children or singles. My stay in this beautiful condo was perfect! The owners were very responsive and helpful. They clearly care about their property as everything was working properly, and the amenities were very tasteful and high quality. The condo was very clean and was furnished with everything we needed - towels, washer/dryer, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. The deck provided a panoramic view that included the foothills, city lights, the beach and dozens of different tree and bird species. The complex offered exceptional food and drinks, was very peaceful, had incredible and kind staff, and amazing access to a pool, and the beautiful beach and ocean. I hope to return very soon!

When we checked into the condo the maid had left a mountain of laundry from the previous tenant. I was told that someone would be back to look after it. No one arrived until after 3:30pm the next day. I needed to pass through the laundry room to get to my bedroom. I washed, dried, folded & put away at least 10 loads of laundry that I did not create. I sent a note to the owner & never heard back. I took it up with the manager & she explained that it was due to the Christmas season. Not at all impressed!
