Very, cozy house, steps from the beach, no stairs, easy access. Plenty of parking. A true piece of Mexico Beach History. One of the few historic cottages still around. If you like the view of the Gulf of Mexico, we have it. If you like short walks to public beach we have it. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch and enjoy the ocean sounds. Take a few paces to the beach at night and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We have great wifi and Smart tv for your use. 5% local taxes will be withheld extra

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mexico Beach. The house was just what we needed in size, small, cozy and perfectly located on the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. Couldn’t figure out how to get the hot water to work in the shower. Other than that, the house was very clean and we had a great view of the ocean. Would highly recommend.

For the price the location is outstanding. The view of the gulf from the porch is great. The house was clean. But be aware the bathroom is much smaller than appears in the photo. If you are very big at all you won't be able to use the toilet. The shower is very small and not very nice. I've had better showers at a campground. It says it sleeps 7 but I'm not sure how. Unless at least 4 are small children. It is a old style beach home that survived the hurricane and has a great view. The porch is it's best feature. So as long as you're ok with rustic the view from the porch makes up for it.

Older but as clean and nice as a condo. Very friendly neighborhood. Like being at home on the beach! My husband doesn't care for the beach but he loved it there.

Everything was as expected. Very nice house plenty big. Scenery was beautiful. Front porch will be missed. Only grudge is that the yard didn’t get mowed until our last day there. Walking through the tall yard and getting sticky seeds on everything Made it where we couldn’t really use the fire pit. Besides that it was great

Very clean, super cute house! We could see the water from the porch and for our mother who was not physically able to walk on the beach that was a plus! Talking to the owners was a plus also, super helpful and very pleasant! Will definitely come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We fell in love with the front porch! The short steps to the beach was so convenient also. We will definitely be back:)

Great location, cute house
We loved our stay. It was so nice to be able to walk right to the beach and come back for lunch. Decorations are adorable and being able to watch the ocean in the morning and the evening on the porch was a great bonus.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The cottage was extremely clean. They had everything we needed, and we cooked several times. The walk to the beach was 2-3 minutes. We loved walking down there or sitting on the porch looking at the ocean. We walked around the neighborhood every day, and it was so nice and friendly. This is an older cottage with window units and a small bathroom and shower. That didn’t bother me at all, but if you are high maintenance or need a lot of frills, this may not be for you. We loved this quiet, peaceful, cute beach cottage!
