About this house rental
Beautiful updated house on the water for your group or whole family to enjoy! Plenty of sand to play in by the lake, a pool and hot tub, and kayaks to take out on the water. The house features a beautifully updated full kitchen in an open living area with everything you need. The back of the house features a screened in porch and sunny patio overlooking the pool, the lake, and Texas Hill Country. As you wind down, the bedrooms and main living space all have televisions with streaming.
The main space is wide open from the kitchen to dining and living room, which leads directly to the screened in patio and porch. Beyond that is the hot tub, pool, and lake. Off of the main living space is a long hallway separating bedrooms from the living room. Each of the bedrooms including guest bathroom are accessed by this hallway.
We provide a desk, 27" monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam and 200mpbs internet with a battery backup for remote workers. The desk has all amenities attached to a USB-C hub, which means one simple connection for charging, monitor, mouse, etc.
There is covered parking out front as well as additional space for vehicles off the street. The house is within a short drive to restaurants and HEB in Kingsland as well as boat rental and other attractions on the water.
The sand by the water has a fine texture and is fun to play in. At normal water level, there are plenty of shallow water areas for the kiddos to play.
Video recording devices: A ring doorbell as well as one external camera on the front and back yard are present. There are no interior recording devices.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The home was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing and quickly became our favorite spot to gather, enjoy the views, and watch the beautiful sunsets each evening.The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for an stress-free stay, and it was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

This property was better than expected! Everything about the check in process was smooth, the house, hot tub, and pool were clean, and the property had everything we needed for our trip. The beach access to the water was perfect as well! The only complaint (not a true issue, more of an FYI) is we could not adjust the thermostat below 69. So, if you sleep hot like I do, bring a portable fan! Otherwise, we absolutely loved the property and talking about another stay there!

We had such a great Memorial Day weekend stay at Lake LBJ! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway.One of the best parts of the property was definitely the pool! Since the river was flooded and the water wasn’t in the best condition during our stay, we were so thankful to have such an amazing pool to enjoy all weekend long. It truly saved the weekend for our group and gave everyone a place to relax, cool off, and still make great memories together.The host was wonderful, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. Even with the weather and river conditions being out of anyone’s control, we still had an absolute blast and made the best of the holiday weekend.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable Lake LBJ getaway!
