About this apartment rental
This is a free standing two story casita in a downtown neighborhood sharing the property and pool with owner. The bedroom is upstairs, with the kitchen, living area, and bathroom downstairs. The casita has a fully equipped kitchen. There is an on site driveway for parking with a locked gate.
We are an easy walk to the malecón, marina, plazas, shops, restaurants and the oldest mission in the Californias.
There is resident cat who is very, very friendly, and likes to interact with guests, so probably not a good fit if you are allergic or just don’t like cats.
The pool is not heated, so it’s likely to be too cold in the winter to use. Some guests have used it, but only people from very cold climates!

Elizabeth was very welcoming, she had prepared a list of things to do, restaurants, clear instructions on what expected when checking out, also a link to restaurants that are celiac friendly which I am now for over 20 years. Well stocked and very close to all amenities. We would definitely stay at the Casita again!

The hosts were gracious and welcoming. The casita was cozy, although having the bedroom and bathroom on separate floors may not be for everyone. Unfortunately, there is a bar right across the street from the property, which meant loud music, partying, traffic, and barking dogs until 3 in the morning. We could not get a good night’s sleep, even with earplugs.
