My husband and I had a great time! The space was perfect and had everything we could’ve needed, including being able to make freshly ground coffee daily. There is so much in walking distance, restaurants, coffee shop, a bakery (we went twice- so good) and a gym that I was able to pay to use for the week. Brent was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. Would definitely stay at his place again!!

My boyfriend and I visited for a week, and this was the perfect base camp near Denver to explore Colorado. The place was clean, had everything we needed, check-in and out was a breeze. Brent was attentive and communicative. The neighborhood was cute and walkable, with shops, restaurants, and groceries only a few miles away. We had a great time!

My family of four stayed at this property in late June 2023. It was perfect for us with the kitchen and laundry amenities we needed. The check-in process was simple, and the space was clean, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We would absolutely stay here again when in the Longmont area.

This apartment was very clean and comfortable for my wife and I. The kitchen was well appointed and had a sweet surprise when we arrived. The bed was comfortable as well. Lots of windows gives you a sense of openness that we appreciated. The neighborhood is perfect if you are into beautiful walks, delicious restaurants and a very tasty bakery. Brent is an excellent owner who is extremely responsive to any inquiries. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return ourselves when we are in the Longmont area.

We loved everything about our stay at this apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with an awesome coffee bar. It was nicely decorated with comfortable chairs. There were plenty of linens, and the washer/dryer was very convenient. The Prospect Neighborhood is great. Easy walk to the restaurants, brewery, and coffee shop. I loved all the little parks interspersed throughout the neighborhood. Brent, the owner, was very accommodating. We have family nearby, so we will use this VRBO again. Looking forward to returning.

I was satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood is adorable! I enjoyed walking to the coffee shop and bakery. I was also able to try the Italian place and Thai food in the neighborhood as well. We brought our Pomeranian and he loved walking around the neighborhood. The place was in a great spot and only a short drive to most of the good spots in longmont and boulder. The house itself was quaint and cute. It had everything a person would need for their stay, and it was clean. Thanks for the stay!

We had such a wonderful stay! This home is located in the cutest neighborhood and we enjoyed just walking around and visiting the local shops and restaurants. It was clean and decorated adorable. The host was easy to communicate with and very considerate! We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks while getting some work done in our home in our home about 15 miles away. We still had to work every day, but this place made us feel like we were on vacation! Big windows, wonderful light, a comfortable table to work at, a kitchen that had everything we needed, a living area to relax in, and we slept so well. (And we were inspired by how the guesthouse was decorated.) We so enjoyed walking through the neighborhood to the restaurants and coffee shop nearby. The property owner was very friendly--and while the guesthouse is on the owner's property, the place feels very private. Thank you!

The guesthouse was perfect for two people. Very spacious and open floor plan with lots of natural lighting from big windows. It was also very relaxing being able to look out the windows at trees and listen to cars drive by the nearby road at night. The house was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of toiletries in the bathroom. Brent was very welcoming and checked in on us after our first night. He recommended some nearby places for food. We loved and recommend Cave girl coffee and Babettes Bakery. The neighborhood is also really neat. All the houses are very colorful and different from one another, making for a nice walk around. We enjoyed the small-town feel of the area, and being able to retreat into our guesthouse after days spent in and around busy Boulder and Denver. I would recommend this location if you’re looking to explore places along the front range from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins!
