Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Very central located in Fishers.
We did have several issues that were reported to the owner. The response offered thanks for pointing out the problems.
It was bitterly cold and the garage parking was a real plus.

We booked so we could go to the Christmas market in Carmel and bring our dogs along. We had a sick child so only myself and one child made it. The house was clean, comfy, and easy access to conveniences. Great communication with the owners. Would stay here again with the whole crew next time! Only tip is don’t try to use the key box on the garage, use the one on the front door to get in :)

Stayed here while traveling for business. The house was great and very clean. The location is perfect as it is centrally located in Fishers. Adam the host was phenomenal to work with with.

Great and quiet place. We enjoyed ourselves before and after a concert which was like 12 mins away from ruoff music center.

We (3 couples) needed a place to stay close by for a concert at Ruoff. The hotel prices were hiked up significantly and we wanted to see if there were other options. We were happy to find a clean, very comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation close by. The home had everything we needed and we would definitely stay there again.

It’s a nice house near downtown Fisher. We were there for a family wedding and every venue was close to the house . Also easy to excess to the freeway

We came into town to see a concert. We had a group of 7. The house was very nice and clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was nice and newer. Also close to everything. We would recommend it!!

Very nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Great location and owners are very responsive to needs. Would stay there for future family visits!

We were switched to a home in Noblesville our first night because the one in Fishers was not ready.
Having to change places during a 2 night stay was an inconvenience.
Other than that, owners were great and provided treats for our dog.

Exactly as pictured. Just what we needed for visiting our family. It was great to be able to bring our dogs with us. House didn’t show any trace of pets, must have been cleaned well.

If you need to stay on the northside of Indy this is ideal - great location to the Fishers downtown that is walkable and the property is very nice and super clean. HIGHLY recommend.

When having pets stay when they leave you should have a more thorough cleaning. Under the kitchen table was dog urine and hair. I had to clean it as soon as we got there.

The home was very close to the Rouff Music Center, where we went to see a concert, and we had a nice lunch at The Yard in Fishers. The house was nice and the bed was comfy! We really didn't spend much time in the house at all.

We were very pleased with Adam and Sara’s home. The location offers everything you would need within minutes of the house. They were kind enough to allow us to squeeze in another night at the last moments notice. That gave us one more night to spend with our grandson! Bonus!

Our host, Adam, responded immediately to a question about the entry code, and couldn't have been nicer.
The instructions provided were very clear and check-out was easy.
The home is in a very nice area, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and close to all kinds of restaurants and other points of interest.
If you need to be near Indianapolis, but don't want the hassle of the downtown, this is your spot! We WILL be back.
