It also includes a living room upstairs with a queen size sofa bed, family room with a queen size sofa bed, and laundry room down stairs. There is a TV in each bedroom and in the living room and family room. This home is just a few minutes from downtown Sturgis and minutes away from other Black Hills attractions.

So nice, we stayed last year at the same time with a few other friends and loved the place so much we rebooked for this year 2023. Niki was very easy to contact and has gone above and beyond making sure it's ready of us upon arrival. Home is organized and very clean. Being a year from our last stay we were excited to see if anything had changed, it had Not, still new looking and very clean. We had motorcycles with us and parking them in the garage was such a plus. Would recommend to family and friends. Can't say enough nice things about this home. Neighbors were very nice also.

My friends and I traveled from OKC to Sturgis in June 2023 to ride motorcycles for a week in some of the nations most beautiful country. The house was incredible and met our every need. The garage was perfect for parking our bikes. We made use of the patio and gas grill for an evening cooking out. The double set of washer and dryer was very helpful. Plenty of room for all of us in this 4 bedroom house. The property was very clean when we checked in and everything in the house was in working order. Beds were comfy. Neighbors were very friendly.

The House was MORE that perfect! Very Clean, Very well maintained, Very well equipped. We stayed for 5 nights with 4 couples and everything was perfect. We were on our annual 10 day motorcycle trip, and the use of the garage to park our bikes each night was a very nice addition. All the rooms had great beds and plenty of bathrooms, we never had to wait on anyone to use the restroom. all the essentials were provided so we were able to cook and eat in almost every night rather than going out for expense dinners.. The house is located in a very nice neighbor hood with paved roads which made another nice feature for being on motorcycles. Niki was wonderful and very responsive when i sent a message. Niki even provided sound machines in each room, If we travel back to the area we wil most definately stay here again!!

Easy to come and go. Neighbors nice and friendly. Plenty of room to park in the garage, driveway and on the street. Safe neighborhood. Beautiful views from the upper floor. The house itself had plenty of room, whether you wanted to be by yourself or be a part of the group. Every couple in our party had their own bedroom and bathroom. Amenities were great and there were extras items if you forgot something. Niki was a great host and responded to the messages right away. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

My husband and I rented this house for our family vacation. The age group spanned from 89 to 3 years old, and all were very comfortable. There were 7 of us in total at no time did we feel like we were in each other’s way. The house was immaculate and very comfortable!! We highly recommend staying here.

Our family of seven adults gathered at this new home in Sturgis for a few days and found everything was perfect for our group. Niki went over and above to provide everything we needed in the kitchen which was appreciated since we cooked most of our meals during our stay. The small patio off the back provided adequate seating for our group. The house was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable with hotel style bedding, and towels were plentiful. Parking was adequate for our three vehicles. We would definitely consider staying there again.
