Property was exactly what was shown on the website. Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and the location. Would stay a gain.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was neat and clean with plenty of room for our two couples. We sat out on the back porch, watched some movies, picked up some groceries so we could have breakfast and snacks. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels were really plush. It was great to have the washer and dryer as well as a nice table for meals and games. It was a little farther away from stores, restaurants, etc. than we expected, but the neighborhood felt safe. An option for a little later checkout time might have been nice with our late flight out, but we understand that cleaning needs to happen before the next group comes in. Overall, I highly recommend this place!! 😀 Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was clean and well kept. All the comforts you need for a weekend stay we’re provided. Host was readily available for help checking in. Good location not too far from Downtown and very near a cute park and playground right on the lake. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and as advertised. We enjoy coming to Nashville and we try to stay away from all the touristy spots and this condo was in the right neighborhood.

After having to reschedule our spring break plans last minute this property was great. Quick drive to everything we wanted to do in the area. Quiet and clean. Had everything we needed for the few days we were there. Would definitely book to stay again!!

My friends and I did a girls trip and stayed at Jared’s place. I’d like to start off by saying the pictures drew us in, but they do this place no justice, it’s much nicer in person. It was clean, quaint and the area was nice, we felt safe and the showers had the perfect pressure. We’d definitely stay here again! .

The attention to detail was great, and the owner was accessible for a couple initial questions upon arrival about the local area. The condo was about 15-20minutes from Opry Mills area, and just a little over 20 minutes from the downtown areas. The back patio is a little noisy from the main road that runs behind the property, but visually you don’t see any vehicles or the road, and from inside the condo you don’t hear the road noise.
