Situated in Perry Township, this charming cottage for $275 per night is a great choice for your next break. Deerberry Ridge has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, located in the Holiday Haven community. It sleeps up to 8, recommend max of 6 adults. Deerberry Ridge has a large deck overlooking the valley and leads to the hot tub and fire-pit area behind the cottage. It features an equipped kitchen and a dining room with plenty of seating. From the living room you can see the woods around the cottage, and even the occasional deer. The private gravel road leading to the cottage has steep hill, we recommend 4WD or AWD. Cell service is very limited in the are. Satellite internet is provided, but can be slow and spotty at times. Streaming is not guaranteed. Due to the location, we do experience occasional outages out of our control. There are two cottages located on the property, they are located about 500 apart from one another. Grocery stores in proximity to the cottage: Lancaster Meijer - 18 miles Logan Walmart - 16 miles Logan Kroger - 17 miles Holiday Haven is private community. Deerberry Ridge has three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with a walk in shower. In the other two bedrooms there is a queen bed and a twin trundle in each. The hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Outside, you will find a large deck that goes across the front of the house facing the woods. Off the back of the house, there is a path leading to the hot tub and fire-pit area, where you can watch deer and other critters while you relax. wonderful time but beware, the hill to get up there is very difficult and if you dont have AWD or 4WD you will have a hard time getting up the hill. GORGEOUS location and we had a lovely time

The cabin is beautiful, clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to cook and plenty of supplies even down to fire starters for the fire pit. It is secluded enough from other cabins & very peaceful. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire & relaxing in the tub with the lights around. We would definitely recommend this cabin and plan on coming back.

This is a wonderful property! It' exactly like the pictures show x100, though!!! The rooms are very nice and the kitchen is huge. The couch had plenty of room for 6 people, and the coffee table was super cute. The hot tub was set up great ,and the firepit was nice and big. The only thing at the fire pit was that none of the outdoor lights worked. It would have been nice to be able to use those. The hot tub did have lights around it, and most of those worked. Even though it's clearly marked, just remember to go up to the 2nd cabin when you pull onto the propertie and not the first cabin.

We had a great time on our girls weekend. The cabin was perfect for the 5 of us. We cooked most meals at the cabin, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The cabin is kind of far from the main Hocking Hills attractions but was in a beautiful, quiet location, so we didnt mind the drive.

The only thing that I did not like about the property was the drive up the hill to get there. I was able to check in a little early which was nice. I did however think this house was the one closest to the “road” because it said the house number on that house. Instead you have to drive past the dark house that says the house number and go to the tan house with no house number behind it. So getting there was a little stressful beings as you’re on the hill in the woods with no cell reception and that doesn’t make sense that the house number they give you is on the wrong house. I had to just wonder around until I found it. That’s the only thing that wasn’t as described. They do tell you to stay left on the driveway but I saw the house number and thought I was there. I told my buddies to pass the dark house and go to the tan one and they said if I didn’t tell them they would have all done the same thing. If I had to chose another complaint it’s that you can tell this is strictly a rental because you couldn’t live in it with the kitchen supplies provided, lots of empty cabinets. It did do the job and get us through the weekend though. They even had a blender and pancake griddle. The house was far enough away from the other houses that you feel a very good amount of privacy, but you’re not totally in the woods by yourself. Overall we all had a very good time and would come back again, just not in my car lol that hill is no joke.

My friends and I enjoyed a lovely summer getaway at this cabin! The inside is gorgeous and very clean, there were enough bed options for all of us to be comfortable. Great communication from the renter when we encountered a brief check-in hiccup! The fire pit and hot tub space are nice and secluded, really make you feel like you're in your own special hideaway. Highly recommend!

Through a series of events, I found myself wanting to do something for my kids & their friends. This cabin was the perfect idea! We loved the secluded setting, the closeness to nature, and the amenities the cabin offered. All in all, it was a great three days!

Your place is beautifully tucked back into the woods. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. The inside had that nice cozy cabin feel which is just what we were looking for. Thank you for the stay!

We loved this little cabin in the woods. It was quiet and relaxing which was very enjoyable. The walk to the hot tub isn’t as far as it looks. It was the perfect distance to hiking and stores. Great place for a couples trip!

This was a great little house in the woods. Very neat and tidy. It was very quiet and relaxing. We did not have cell service so we had to drive to an area to get the door code to get into the home. I never received an email. We did not have Wi-Fi for our stay even though there was a router, etc…. We were unable to get it to work. All in all it worked for us. We spent most of our time hiking the trails.

This property was beautifully constructed. It's spacious and has almost everything you could need plus great outdoor amenities. It is quite secluded and does take about 25-30 minutes to get into town/to the trails. There is no cell service in the area, and we had trouble connecting to the internet so that was a little concerning but for a short weekend it was ok. We enjoyed our stay at this property, the house is clean and well managed.

Chelsea has an absolutely wonderful property! The cabin was fairly secluded so it was very private and our kids could easily explore their surroundings. We loved the fire pit, hot tub, and large deck. The inside was spacious, very clean, and well stocked with kitchen needs and basic supplies such as dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, etc.. I would 100% return to this cabin in the future. We had a ball! Lots to do in the area as well, in addition to the hiking, we rented a boat on Lake Logan for an afternoon and went rafting down the Hawking River.

Went for a couples getaway, loved individual air conditioning in each room, fully stocked kitchen and deck space. Also for well water I did not taste that "well" taste. Wifi worked great. Will definitely book again.
