We just returned from staying 5 nights at Villa Roy and loved the house – 5 stars all the way. The setting and ocean views from the house are amazing from high up on the hill in Vitet and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. All the photos on VRBO are accurate and in fact the house is nicer in person. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well equipped, all the bedrooms are comfortable and have their own bathrooms. The whole house was very clean and the daily housekeeping visit to keep it that way was much appreciated. This spacious house is setup for outdoor living and we spent most of our time there in the outdoor living room and pool. The on-island house manager, Kevin, met us at the house for check in and was very helpful and friendly throughout, and he contacted me shortly after we booked to welcome us. St Barths is beautiful (was our first visit) with lots to do, great restaurants and hotels (rent beach chairs for the day and do lunch at Cheval Blanc… highly recommended), jet skis, etc. The island vibe is a French/Mediterranean feel which we love. A great place to visit! We highly recommend Villa Roy, and St Barths, and look forward to renting there again in the future – we would re-rent without hesitation.

Very nice villa in quiet location; beautiful view .The villa is spacious, well appointed, very well mentioned, clean. The communication with the management was easy. Kenin was very nice and helpful, gave us good info about the island and things to do. Celia, the housekeeper was excellent. The bedrooms are good size, comfortable and have on suite bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon. Thank you Villa Roy!

Villa Roy was perfect for our group of seven. It was centered around outdoor living complemented by four spacious bedrooms for sleeping, which is exactly what we were looking for. The property was clean and everything was in working order. We cooked in a few nights and found the kitchens well stocked with more than we needed. The pool was cleaned regularly and kept at a perfect temperature. And the view is amazing…just as pictured in the listing. We were able to park two cars on the parking pad easily and found the drives to local beaches to be enjoyable - most within 10-20 mins. There are a couple grocery stores a short drive away and the town of Gustavia is only about 15 minutes. There are also great restaurants under 10 minutes drive or taxi.
