We’ve stayed at probably 25+ properties in the past few years - this one was fantastic. The building and grounds are so well cared for, and everyone working was genuinely kind! The condo itself was EXACTLY as pictured and communication was quick and a breeze. Make sure you communicate about the season you’re traveling as the outdoor pool and lazy river are NOT heated, though the indoor pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs suited my girls just fine!

The pictures of the bunk room were a bit misleading (we thought it was a separate room, not just the master bed room closet) but our kids enjoyed it. The bathroom was great - huge and clean.
The complex amenities were fantastic! Only complaint was that the slide, advertised only as "seasonal," actually has not been working for years so we were a bit disappointed - our kids were looking for to that.
The game rooms and movie theater were amazing! We also really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs! Great access to the beach as well!

My family (6 yr old and 8 yr old kids) and I were looking for a getaway for a fall break. We had never been to the Galveston area. We absolutely LOVED staying here and plan on being back. The unit was clean, well stocked, and had an amazing views. The property was very nice- it was quiet, had a huge very clean pool, lazy river, game room, cinema room, among many other things. It was a few miles from all the "tourist-ey" things which we enjoyed. Another huge bonus is that it was right on the beach- we didn't have to worry about crossing the busy, main road. We will definitely be back and have already shared this gem with others!

Everything was clean and perfect for a quick getaway for 2. Enjoyed the view and loved having options beyond the beach. Loved a long lazy river float and sitting on the beach taking in the sights and sounds. Chairs were provided for the beach which was a great extra. Highly recommended!

This condo, resort was amazing. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The pool was gorgeous with the waterfall edges and the lazy river was the most fun i have had in years. Tubes were provided and since this is the off season we had it to ourselves most of the week. Our condo was perfect for the 2 of us. At 700 sq. Ft. I dont think you would want more than 2 adults and 2 kids. It was furnished with 2 bunk beds and a fold out couch. The kithen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. A starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels was provided. I can't wait to go back!

My biggest complaint was that the bunk room is located in the closet of the master not in a separate location so there isn’t much privacy.
The unit itself was fairly clean but needed a very good deep clean - fans needed dusted, faucets needed lime-scale removed, and there was a decent amount of dust/lint on the walls.
The pools were definitely a hit and the staff at the facility was great.
Overall this unit was great and we could definitely see us staying at this location/property again.

We arrived on Sunday and the check in process was a breeze. The lobby is gorgeous BTW!!
Our condo was perfect and very well sticked and furnished. Beautiful blues and relaxing tones! The view was amazing...the lazy river and ocean from the balcony was perfect.
The lush palm trees and vegetation gave the appearance of a tropical island far from Texas! Floating the lazy river and spending time in the cascading pool was so relaxing!!
Sadly we had to leave but we are already planning our next vacation back at this beautiful resort!

This location was clean, maintained with security. There was plenty to do on and near the property. The location was close to the beach and beach access. All available areas were clean and well kept. The color code changes provide additional security on the property. The pool and water areas were well kept as well. The communication was on point.

We had a great time at Diamond Beach condos. We rented one that we stayed in last year, but brought a couple more people this year so we needed to try a 2nd one. The unit was perfect for our needs. Great location. Loved the decor and the unit was very comfortable. We will stay again !

The Diamond Beach Resort is an amazing property. The pool and lazy river are wonderful. The game room is a fun place to spend some family time.

Resort was great! The condo was smaller than we thought. The bedding for the pull out sofa was dirty and the sofa sleeper was quite and used, very uncomfortable.

Booked this as our first family vacation with our daughter. She loved every moment and loved sleeping on the top bunk. We enjoyed having a kitchen so we could prepare meals throughout the day as needed. The outdoor pool is fantastic for littles and adults. I will stay at this property again but maybe a different room. I would have enjoyed more balcony space and more comfortable furniture.

I hesitate to speak too highly of our experience because I selfishly don’t want the availability of this property to decrease while the price increases, but it truly was great for me and my two children (5 and 7). Our stay was in the off season so the property wasn’t crowded at all. I would imagine it’s busy in the summer, so it would be a different experience. My kids had a great time, the rental itself was perfect for our small family, and we will definitely be back. The indoor pool was nice, the outdoor pool was HUGE (pictures don’t do it justice), my kids loved the lazy river, and the beach was easy to get to.
Note: the bunk bed pictured actually has a trundle bed at the bottom, so three people could sleep there.
