Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. - We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved. -Jan-Feb Possible noise due to Carnaval and local events. Great location and amenities. Internet was spotty and was hard with 3 teenage girls to only have 1 towel a piece. I probably should have asked for more. Might be my own bad. Otherwise loved it.

Had a great stay at El Cantil 3BN. Great location with grocery store across the street and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Wonderful ocean view and easy access to scuba diving. Chose Cozumel for the later part of our vacation so we could fly out of Cozumel and avoid Cancun airport traffic. Fantastic trip.

Our family of 5 spent seven wonderful days watching the sun come up with coffee on the balcony and watching the sun set on the ocean with an adult beverage in the pool.
The condo is spacious and well-appointed with everything needed in the kitchen, comfortable beds, reliable air conditioning and plenty of space to unpack and make ourselves feel truly at home. We really appreciated having 3 1/2 baths too.
Housekeeping came every other day, refreshing our towels then and changing our sheets half-way through the stay. The location is perfectly situated, walking distance to large grocery stores, good restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. My favorite thing is the pretty snorkeling with colorful fish and coral right in front of the pool area ~ better than you see on excursions! My daughter loved relaxing and reading under the palapas in the sandy areas. This is our second year to stay at El Cantil, our first to stay in this condo and definitely our new favorite!

From reservation to checkout everything went flawlessly. Beautiful condo, great location. Skilled chef Karla. Least hands on host ever, but that was because she emailed us onfo on most everything we needed to know. An email or phone call was answered quickly. When the ice maker quit working someone was there in minutes to fix it. And when our flight was cancelled due to weather, five star tried to get us a room, even tho they couldn't, they tried! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We had terrible luck with the weather the week that we were there. We spent way more time than we would've liked in the condo due to lots of rain and lots of wind. The accommodations were great! There was plenty of space to spread out and the access to the grocery store across the street was super helpful! We were super thankful that there were some games that we could play while the weather was icky. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal backing up, but maintenance was there to resolve the issue within the hour. We would certainly recommend to others!

Of at least 20 or more trips to Cozumel, this is probably our favorite accommodation to date. The location was great; it was nice not having to rent a car and being able to walk or taxi to any destination. The unit was very comfortably furnished (especially in the kitchen) with literally everything you might need or want.. The pools and snorkel access were excellent. The condo staff were all unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Great views, comfy beds, ,. . . it was all simply excellent.

From the moment we arrived the doorman made us feel very at home and continued so our entire stay. When you enter the front door the view is breath taking. Large Space with everything we needed. The location was great. There is a supermarket and restaurants within short walking distance. It was easy to get to the downtown area and drive or taxi to the beaches. Could not be happier with this rental or the process. Condo was immaculate, everything worked as it should, from seamless check-in, availability of the property manager when we had a problem (accidentally locked the safe with the wrong combo), housekeeping and checkout. Look forward to returning soon.

Gorgeous views from this condo! Our family of four had tons of space, and the communication from the property manager was great. The location was awesome, too—we could walk downtown, to restaurants, and were able to parasail right from the condo dock. We also were grateful for the proximity to grocery stores. Loved our stay, look forward to returning!

Great Property in the best of locations
We have visited Cozumel multiple times and have usually stayed North or South of Town. This Condo is is an excellent location as the listing and others have stated. The BIGGEST convenience having 2 grocery stores across the street from you and a few restaurants walking distance to the condo.
We rented scooters to move around town and we were able to easily park in the underground parking lot.
The building and condo is an older unit but well maintained. The A/C is the BEST we have found in Cozumel and made for a good night's sleep every night. The beds were very comfortable also. The views of the beach are very nice.
This Condo has Cable TV in American channels. This is the first time we stayed at a Cozumel property that had this many English channels. Huge Plus!!!!
A few things kept our stay from being perfect and have been written about in other reviews.
1.The shower water is luke warm at best. Not sure if this is due to being an older property but be aware if you are expecting a HOT shower.
2. Internet was barely usable while we were at the property.
3. No access to laundry. There's a maid that is supposed to come and you can pay her to do your laundry. The issue is she came to clean the condo the 2nd day and last day before we checked out late in the day as we were already packing our luggage. We didn't need cleaning of the condo since we were checking out the next morning. She took some of the towels we had for the kitchen and had to rely on dirty towels most of the stay.
Overall, we were happy with the stay. The condo could use some more personal touches or update. We would stay there again due to the location.

Beautiful view, perfect location
This condo was perfect for my friends and I. We each had our own bathroom and plenty of space. The view was amazing, just like in the photos. Great location near the grocery store. Clean and great value.

Can't beat the view!
Definitely one of the best overall views we have ever seen. And having the small private beach with the swimming pool was awesome! The doormen were very helpful. Always felt secure. The location was perfect for us to get into town and groceries. Our unit wasn't super conducive for cooking but we were fine and I know the management is taking care of that.
Quiet, beautiful and clean....you won't be dissapointed. Snorkeling right in front of your unit and most of the time we had the pool and beach to ourselves....we will be back.

Great condo, beautiful views, excellent location!
Great experience overall. The condo has breathtaking Oceanside views, facing west for magnificent sunsets, with a huge, beautiful patio!! OUTSTANDING air conditioning, which is unusual in Cozumel. WiFi was not working for most of the trip, but they made a concerted effort to fix it and find an interim solution for us. Some difficulty with getting fresh towels, note that there are no bathtubs if you have little kids. Also you aren’t allowed to use the washer and dryer; rather, you have to pay the housekeeper to do your laundry for you. Parking is free, underground, and gated which is a very nice touch, and the pool is very nice too. One of the best condo rental experiences in Cozumel. We will be back to El Cantil!
