Plenty of parking with a large driveway and garage space for up to 7 cars. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (A bathroom attached to each bedroom!) The home comfortably accommodates a group. The first level has 1 bedroom with 2 full sized beds, a TV with cable and streaming apps, and an attached full sized bathroom. This floor also has the laundry room with full use of washer and dryer. The open-concept main space on the second floor features a spacious living room, massive couch and the fully-stocked kitchen and dining area. Off of the living room you will find the best view in the house on the patio. Gas grill and patio seating provided to enjoy the waves and the beach sunset. The third level features two bedrooms. The large master suite features a comfortable King sized bed and walk in closet, and a private deck with chairs to watch the sunrise over the water! The updated ensuite master bathroom has a dual vanity, shower and large soaking tub. In the adjacent bedroom is a bedroom with 2 queen sized beds with an attached full sized bathroom. With provided beach gear, high speed WIFI, and a unbeatable beach view this is one you don't want to miss! Sorry, no pets allowed. COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. In addition to our regular high standards, we are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, all surfaces, and any additional heavily touched surfaces around the space. We want you to have a peace of mind and consider us a retreat today and always. Please consider purchasing third party travel insurance as coronavirus restrictions and cases are changing to protect your trip. When unplugging one does not want to have to babysit email to communicate with property manager. Texting is a much better option.

The house was in a great location! Lots of great places to eat we loved all the local spots. The AC in the house wasn’t the greatest. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood and perfect amount of walking to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

We rented this property to be in town for granddaughter's high school graduation. A number of family members came from out of town and staying here allowed us to also have a great beach holiday! The youngsters in the family loved the beach. All of the provided beach towels was great amenity! Excellent host!

This property is located in a great spot! Definitely check out the local spots if you stay here! They're walking distance and yum!! The beds are SUPER comfy! Slept like a baby each night! Overall so happy with the long weekend stay, much needed get away to a great spot!!! Will be bringing my family back when it's warm!!!
