This was an ideal location for our stay--close to the mountains, close to light rail for travel into downtown. The home was clean, comfy, and had a well-equipped (but small!) kitchen including a stocked coffee bar!

Cute little property. It served our needs nicely, the living space is a bit small for that size group, but it was mostly comfortable.

Our second time staying with Kathy and it was a delight yet again! The house was perfect for us. It’s cozy, well appointed kitchen with anything you’d need, and an easy check in and out process. Kathy is super communicative and lovely and we’d stay here again! 5 stars!

The outside of the home was not maintained very well, but the inside was. However, we did come across a black spider in the main shower, which was fine, but then when we had the spiders crawling across the pillows in one of the bedrooms that made us really uncomfortable. I did bring it to the owner’s attention and she just apologized and said she’d call someone to come out and spray. For what we paid, we shouldn’t have had to deal with spiders, especially in the bed.
