About this apartment rental
This large 2-bedroom, 1-1/2- bathroom condo hotel suite can hold up to 5 people comfortably. It includes a King bed and a full bathroom in the master bedroom, a Twin bed in the second bedroom, as well as a full-sized sofa bed in the living room. The balcony for this condo faces the streets of the area. Sip a drink while listening to the sounds of the beach scene from your balcony 3 to 4 stories above the action. This suite is perfect for the family on the go. Please note that the second bedroom does not have a window. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35/night + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60.Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/day will apply. A daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in will be applied if you are travelling with your dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

We had an amazing time. Everyone that worked there was as exceptionally nice and welcoming and took care of whatever we needed. Went for wife’s last birthday as she is in hospice care and wanted to see white sand and an amazing sunset. Condo was perfect, great local dining on beach and great shopping. Would definitely recommend staying here.Thanks again to everyone at the Avalon.

Great place to stay for the hotel was right off the beach. They provided chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach that could be checked in and out easily. Parking was available on site which was incredibly convenient. There is a great beach view from the rooms and from the pool top fifth floor. Guest are able to watch the sunset while having a drink from the roof top. This was one of my favorite accommodations of the hotels. The rooms are spacious and clean with private balconies that over look the beach.

The negatives:
The room had zero view. It was a roof of an adjacent house, no Gulf views at all.
The room was right above the gym, so very loud
No on-site eating options, just coffee and tea
Staff did not want to accomodate a room change
