Located in Clearwater Beach, this charming condo for $158 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This large 2-bedroom, 1-1/2- or 2-bathroom condo hotel suite can hold up to 5 people comfortably. It includes a King bed and a full bathroom in the master bedroom, a Twin bed in the second bedroom, as well as a full-sized sofa bed in the living room. The balcony for this condo faces the streets of the area. Sip a drink while listening to the sounds of the beach scene from your balcony 3 to 4 stories above the action. This suite is perfect for the family on the go. Please note that the second bedroom does not have a window. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35/night + tax charged at check-in. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply. Daily Resort fee of $35 + tax payable at check-in. Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment. If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

After I made my non-refundable reservation I received a confirmation from the place saying that we had to pay an extra considerable amount per day for parking and another one for resort fees. As you can see, it added about 40% per day. If that had been disclosed by VRBO I may have stayed in a hotel with no hidden fees. The cleaning fee was excessive, and while it was disclosed, it was still outrageous. We went with it because it was unavoidable, but we had no idea of the extra fees that we would have to pay to the building (resort.) Disappointing!

We stayed in the condo for the Rock n Roll Clearwater in October. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was excellent (24 hour staff) They provide beach chairs and towels which is nice. We had a great view of the beach-we just had to walk across a small parking lot to get there. (FYI--the parking lot was a great source of people watching!). I would stay here again without out hesitation. There is a 35 dollar a day resort fee that is NOT added to the VRBO fee--it is extra. That wasn't clear when I rented this property on VRBO but may have been added since? Either way, it was totally worth it and we loved our time there. Thank you Avalon Club.

To start with, the location is ideal - near the beach and away from the crowds. The apartment itself is pristine and exceeded my expectations. I will certainly return. Overall, it's a fantastic place, but be aware there's an extra $70 per night resort service fee on top of the cost.

We had a week at the Avalon club, the apartment was lovely modern and clean, one minor issue bedrooms listed as twin rooms have one single bed !! The staff were friendly and helpful, the club provide free of charge beach chairs, towels and sun umbrellas, the beach was a few minutes walk away. Overall great accommodation.

I visited alone for 3 nights. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me with enthusiasm and were organized. Same with bar staff, same with lounge staff. Everyone over the four day period were so helpful and nice. The condo itself was spotless and had all the accommodations you need. All you have to do is bring groceries (Publix delivers). Towels and beach chairs and umbrella are provided and in good condition. a very short walk to the beach than any family with kids could make without issue.I can't say enough good things about the Avalon Club accommodations and staff.

Great location, walking distance to beachfront restaurants. Parking garage is such a huge advantage for beach access. Beach equipment in great condition and plenty to go around. All we had to bring was our backpack cooler and our short walk to the beach was as good as you can get. Room was very clean, setup to get fresh towels is easy.

The condo was spacious, clean, updated and had everything we needed! The in-room washer and dryer was a huge plus along with the beach chairs/umbrellas/toys. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the place! Great for a little gathering with some friends. The view from the balcony is lovely. The accommodations were very clean! Check in simple! Locations so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The only complaint is the second bedroom was small and no window.
