Description is accurate. House is clean and stocked. Communication with the property manager was excellent and he was very responsive. Location is close to downtown and several restaurants.

The property was very cozy. I enjoyed the neighborhood and the quick access to downtown. There were children playing, dogs being walked, and beautiful yards that lend to a safe and stable area. The hot tub might be due for some minor cleaning and there was dust on the cloth headboard in the master, which is a very minor detail. I would say this property was very clean and inviting overall. I was alone but there was plenty of room for a family or friend group-great space to entertain in the back yard. I love old houses, but they do have their own language, so heads up there are some minor noises like ac kicking on and off, creaking of original wood floors, but no deal breakers. Dual shower heads were a nice bonus! I would stay here again!!

Great place very inviting and warm! Walk downtown was a bit longer than 12 min but not unpleasamt. Would love to stay there again!
