I have never been so disappointed with a stay before as I was with this one. I would not book this apartment again.

The location.

Everything else. The floors were filthy! You have a sign urging guests to take their shoes off to keep it sanitary, but my white socks turned black after walking on the floor a few minutes!! The refrigerator had fingerprints and the handle was disgusting! 3 lights were out, including a light in the closet which rendered that part of the apartment useless! Upstairs guests kept us up with all the pounding and banging.

It was difficult to identify the location of the apartment within the building. It was very frustrating. The office agent helped us, but we had to call several times because the codes and instructions didn't work.
