Clean, accessible, quiet, comfortable and well thought out. Simple, without missing a thing. Great shower, comfortable room and layout, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Kitchen area with coffee station was efficient and plentiful. Shane is responsive.. there is a reason folks consistantly rate this rental high. So well thought out. Effort is appreciated!

My husband and I stayed at the Golden Cat to attend a concert at the Brevard Music Center. In over 20 years of staying at VRBO rentals, this place was among the very best. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, it met our every need. This basement apartment was immaculately clean, and check-in/check-out could not have been easier. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer!

The apartment is exactly as it appears on VRBO. Very clean, updated space. Relaxing and quiet area. Very close to town. Great weekend in Brevard and wish I could have stayed longer.

Our stay met and exceeded all expectations. Everything about the experience was great, especially the private suite. It was very clean, beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family alike.

This spacious home-like setting was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, neighborhood was quiet. There was an air purifier, everything smelled fresh.There was plenty of coffee for the morning. The bath had great fluffy towels and lots of hot water. This home was a short mile from downtown Brevard. Very convenient to everything.

La chat d’or is a great place to stay just outside of Brevard. Short enough drive to Brevard to not be a hassle and far enough away to be away from the traffic (the little that there is). Check in process is a breeze. It felt like our own private studio apartment and we didn’t find ourselves lacking for anything during our stay. Shane was immediately responsive when we had an issue with the Roku remote. If la chat d’or is available when we come back to Brevard we’ll definitely stay again.

We had a very enjoyable time at our cute VRBO. The accommodations were very comfortable and many thoughtful amenities: chocolates greeted us, the coffee and creamer selections were numerous, nice soap/shampoos/body wash, fresh white towels. The studio was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. A five star stay!

My elderly parents and I throughly enjoyed our stay @ The Golden Cat! We were in Brevard to attend a family wedding and without a doubt, we had the best place to stay! We were tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood yet close to town! It was very immaculate & thanks to Shane for helping my parents who showed up before I did! I HIGHLY Recommend The Golden Cat if you ever need somewhere to stay in Brevard!

The room was wonderfully decorated, very clean, and the cookies left could only be described as immaculate. They had an assortment of amenities and they created a little book of good spots to visit around the area. It was a quiet room with a little outdoor area in a beautiful place, a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Bed was comfy. Overall, I would recommend. I am Paw-sitive you will enjoy.
