Biking distance to the beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Walking distance to kayaking, homemade ice crème, great seafood and shopping. The fun never ends, make great memories with your family and friends. Charming home just perfect for your family vacation, a weekend get-away; “Girl’s Weekend”; or quick escape to the Cape. Coastal chic décor throughout this beautifully maintained home. The home will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized just prior to your arrival. Freshly cleaned linens, towels, sheets and freshly cleaned bedding / comforters will also be provided. The home has 4 large bedrooms and enough room for up to 8 people. Large living room with smart television and plenty of seating. Spacious Dining room area seats 6. Electric stove/oven in the kitchen and plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and the basics spices, coffee, and other groceries to get you started for your stay. Bathroom amenities included are hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush / toothpaste. Lower level family / game/ entertainment room have a 50 inch TV, board games, books and a foosball table. Lower level also has a sleeping area with dresser and walkout. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms as well as ceiling fans in living room and kitchen. Smart Flat screen T.V's throughout the house (Netflix, Amazon), great for movie nights or watching NFL, NBA games. PS5 game console for rainy day fun. Outdoor shower for your use during the summertime after you return from a day in the sand. Large private backyard; deck with outdoor seating, dining table and BBQ grill. Natural fire pit that is perfect for s’mores and post beach walks. Driveway accommodates 4-5 cars depending on size. Free Wi-Fi Self-check-in keypad entry to front door. Renter must be 21+ years old Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Considerate smoking is permitted on the deck and outside of property with proper disposal of all evidence. *There is only 1 camera on this property, located outside/front of the house. positioned to view the driveway. To ensure no unauthorized access for the safety of our guests.* Camera will record w/audio once there is movement within proximity. If no movement camera/w audio will be in "sleep" mode.* *** Do not leave dishes in the sink, please wash and leave to air dry before your departure. If you use the grill please clean before your departure. *** *** Check out is at 10am sharp. If the cleaning crew arrives and you and your guests have not checked out. This Cape cottage was everything it was promised to be, and more!! Well stocked with kitchen things, pretty plates, a variety of spices and seasoning, and coffee for the first morning! We called it the “house of requirement” because everything we seemed to need would be there somewhere! The pictures really don’t do it justice! It was sunny, comfy, and beautiful. And the back deck with the grill, couches and fire pit was where we hung out each night. So grateful that we chose this cottage!

Great house. Perfect for our needs. We were a group of 8. 3 Couples and two individuals. Plenty of room. The pictures don't do the house justice. Great wrap around deck which leads to an awesome firepit. Outside shower was great. Plenty of water pressure. AC's in bedrooms work well. Brought a floor fan to move the air from the bedrooms into the dining/kitchen/living room area. Everything you need is provided. Bedding, towels, etc. We all want to come back again next year. Hope we can get the week we are looking for. Thanks Pamela!

Centrally located to everything I wanted to do and had plans for. The amenities of the home were wonderful. The host a pleasure and readily available. The relaxing environment was great. Enough for everyone in my group. We were in for a wedding. Many others who attended heard of my rental and were jealous! They were jammed in a hotel whereas I got to go relax in our rental home and enjoy the fireplace with my children after all the stress. Lol. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The host was very easy to communicate with, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. Add to that the bonus game room, fire pit, and outdoor shower- everyone had a favorite spot! The location felt secluded but it was a short walk to the beach, the kids rode their bikes to restaurants and stores, and several great attractions were a short drive away. We are already talking about staying here again!

We had an amazing stay! The rental is well decorated and spacious both indoors and outdoors for our family of 7. The outdoor shower was used daily and the firepit was an extra added treat. It was nice to bbq and relax on the deck at night. The bedrooms were air conditioned, family room cozy, and a spacious dining room and kitchen. The downstairs had a day bed and bonus room for kids to gather with a sofa, tv, and foosball table. The rental was close to everything including Sunday School, shopping, the beach, and kayaking. Pamela was great host and attentive when I had questions prior and during our stay. I would without hesitation rent this property again and would recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you for the great memories Pamela!
