We enjoyed the stay. The house was well appointed and very clean. Convenient location to many attractions and the beaches. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house- plenty of space especially on deck
Great showers and excellent appliances although the dishwasher has a switch on the wall that we didn’t know about in order to turn it on. Our daughter figured it out. We also had a power outage and didn’t have access to the breaker box.
But it was a short outage and no issues.
Beach is convenient but small- too bad private beaches are so prevelent.
We had a blast and the manager/realtor was always available!

Great house for 2 families. Short walk to the beach. Lots to do in the area. Kids and adults all had a great time and would love to go back.

We stayed here for a week at the end of June. The house was clean and bedrooms were all good sizes. Backyard is a great place to hang out and play cornhole with outside bbq and fridge. Easily walk to beaches, restaurants, Sunday School!

Great house
Nice quiet neighborhood. Many nice beaches close by, some in walking distance. The house was a perfect size for my family(5 adults and 1 child). We loved the family room, which was away from the living area a bit; we were able to use that room for my young grandson to sleep in and we didn't have to worry so much about waking him, when the adults were up late playing cards etc. We absolutely enjoyed the fenced in yard, outdoor grilling area and the outdoor shower. We hope to return to this house again next summer! Also, Steve was great to work with during the booking process and checking in and out!

We were able to walk to multiple beaches throughout our stay and also frequently visited the Ocean House (which is a few minutes walk) for live music, food and drinks. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Location to multiple beaches made it easy to walk back and forth, as needed. The pictures posted actually don't do justice for the house. We were all much more impressed with the house in person and would definitely go back.

Perfect!
We just came back from such a fun week in Dennisport. The house was perfect for our family of 10 ranging in age from 1 to 68. It was very clean and we loved the outdoor space and the short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend it!

Heaven on the Cape!
We had the best week at this house! It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. It is so close to the beach, about a 3 minute walk, and perfect for our little kids. We’ll be back!!

Great location!
Due to COVID-19 we had a lot of questions and there was a lot of unknowns, but Stephen was super responsive, always available and helpful. My family felt comfortable to go and found that the place was clean and per expectations. The house is spacious, offers every amenity you need for a family for a week. Close to a smaller beach and about 8-10 min from Sea St. beach. Couldn't be happier with this place and the communication with owner.

Perfect for multiple families
We've rented this place 2 years in a row now and have had great experiences both times. It's perfect for our family of 4 with toddler twins and my sister's family of 3 with another toddler. The location is perfect - 5 minutes walking to the beach means we can easily go back and forth for naptime, etc. It's also a quick walk to Sundae School and the Ocean House - a great place for cocktails by the water with kids! The house itself is well stocked with the basics. The backyard and grill are great for hanging out with the family. Hoping to return for many years to come!

A great week in a peaceful and perfectly located house.
We stayed there for a week. 4 adults and one child. Very spacious. The two living rooms make the house a quiet and enoyable place to spend time altogether or seperatly. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The bbq and outdoor shower are just what we wanted! The house is 5 minutes walk to Sea street beach and 8 minutes to Sundae School and Wee Packet. Classics of Cape Cod! We enjoyed our stay and recommend this house withot any reservation.

This house was awesome!
This house was perfect for us. We had 10 people and did not feel crowded at all. Well kept and clean. 2 min walk to the beach. Awesome backyard. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Beautifully appointed home. Very nice outdoor space. Near beaches.
Our family very much enjoyed our stay. Three queen bedrooms, one with two twins, and a large pull-out sofa in private family room. One small beach is right around the corner, and others are nearby. Hyannis is nearby for ferries to the islands. Only about a 20-30 minute drive to Cape Cod National Seashore. Lots to do, and good food!
I wish sheets and towels were provided, but rentals are available.

Wonderful Vacation at this Family-Friendly Home! 5 of 5
Our stay was very pleasant. The house has a perfect size to fit our family - 4 adults and 3 children with all the comfort and convenience. It was clean and well kept. The location was perfect and so peaceful. We enjoyed eating and reading on the deck. Another plus was that the house had central A/C and a nice fenced backyard, so the kids could play. We highly recommend this property. We would love to stay there again in the future. The house and neighborhood offered everything we could need, and more!

Some great some not so great
Solid management. Professional and timely communication.
Best feature was the outdoor shower with hot and cold running water.
Next best was the proximity to the beach, about 250 steps.
The outdoor kitchen was a great addition and we used it often.
The kitchen is equipped with everything we have at home.
There is a good bit of room.
On the down side:
The matresses were of the quality you would find in a 2 or 3 star hotel.
Bringing your own linens and towels was more of a pain than I had imagined and it wasn't clear at time of booking that this would be a requirement. Certainly not something I'm used to at this price point.
Overall not the value and quality I'm looking for in a repeat rental. As we want to travel to the area in the future I will elect to move on.

great cape house
The house is great! We had 4 generations together. The additional family room that converts to a bedroom is a nice separate area - perfect for a newborn and his mom and dad!!
First floor master was perfect for great grandparents who preferred to avoid stairs and the 3 additional rooms upstairs were nice sizes. Well maintained and attentive owner.- easy walk to the beach - nice yard and grill area. The only recommendation is to add screens on the front door.
Would definitely stay again.
